I arrived on September 5th and the health department shut them down first. On September 6th it was re-opened.

My favorite subway friendly service, very clean and bright subway, will even take my expired subway coupon if necessary to make customer happy. Will drive by other subway locations for this one

Friendly staff and not too busy. They will get you in and out. This specific location is close to my house and I have always had a good experience. I will certainly return for one of their daily specials!!

Incredibly slow. One person in the entire store between 5p and 6p on a week night. I was third in line and left after 15 minutes without food because there was AT LEAST another 5 minutes to go with all the stopping to answer questions. Get faster employees or additional help.

The manager Crystal is beyond disrespectfu. She finished making my sub and broke it in half by picking it up aggressively. then gets mad at me because I asked to remake it and slammed the sandwich in the trash can super aggressively . she then continued to try and kick me out for no reason. beyond disrespectful for being a manager. beyond disappointed

Clicked one star because 0 is not an option. Rude rude people work here Ordered 2 sandwiches on the app which I have done numerous times App kept saying order is ready went in twice order wasn't even started & the 3 people working did not really care. I know it's subway but you pay for something you should be able to get it in a timely manner , asked for a refund they refused said do it on the app Not the cleanest place in Orlando either that's why I get it to go , but won't go back to this location even though I work in the same plaza

We 8 at Subway tonight. With only one employee working. She kept busy after waiting on us. We noticed she cleaned the restrooms. Kudos for a good employee. Her name was Shay.

Bradley is awesome. Great customer service. The food was great, honestly though customer service goes a long way and this guy is great for the subway brand. Give him his raise
