Subway

We wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and spotted the subway. When arrived inside there was three other customers already inside. Two at the register cashing out for their lunch and one eating at a table. The service was good and fast. I grabbed three meals for everyone to share. Everyone enjoyed their subs. All the sandwiches tasted delicious and fresh. The cookies were yummy as well. I was also glad that they had Gatorade got sale.

This Subway gets a 5 star because its always open late for my late night hunger. And staff is always friendly. This subway is in a great location. Quick in and out after a gym session or grocery shopping and the ingredients are really always fresh!!

This is the night and day Subway.Example: The Day:PERFECT! Amazing! The staff is awesome, they are hospitable, they bend over backwards to make sure your sandwhich or item is EXACTLY how you want it! The ingredients are fresh and the place is always clean!The Night:What a cluster, perplexing, ugly mess.I've gone in here on a handful of times and when, as I call them, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb are working (two young men) your in for a complete mess and horrible show. These guys are dropping things, cutting breads in weird angles (pulling bread out and having one go "nah man that one is a mess, save it for someone else"), laughing and joking about "getting drunk" or "ready to go home and shoot some nubes on whatever game they play".To top it off, they make mistakes (even when your ordering in front of them). I feel bad, a young lady was waiting for her ride (assuming she just got off) and they kept picking at her with a line of customers. But let's add the cherry - The hustled for a tip. I kid you not. "So man, we have this tip jar, help us out and throw us some cash bro".... Get out of here. Give me my sandwhich and do something with yourself.Moral of the story: Come in before 4pm.

Tell me how can they have one employee working at night has a line waiting for him plus now he has to make subs for uber eats what kinda managment has 1 employee working with all that work!! Subway managment this is for you you should hire some employess for 2nd shift especialy if you picked up more work online with uber eats that makes no sense at all!!

I started going to this subway when, Judy, the manager from the Dillard store in Winter Garden transferred to this store # I like her polite everyday welcoming as I walk in and she always has given me excellent service.Judy has moved to Clark road and Silver star subway now and I along with my other friends eat at this store now. I recommended this Subway store to all my friends and will always go to this store for breakfast and lunch.

Husband went there on June 13th to pick up 2 subs he ordered on the app. He got home with them and they had everything on them.. He ordered them with meat and cheese only. He went back and manager Karen said that's what the app said to put on them. He said that's not what he put on them and he ordered them frequently thru the app (was told by another employee at another store that the app does that sometimes). Karen said "well who changed it, Casper the ghost? I'm not remaking your subs because I would have to eat the cost personally. If you hadn't screwed up the order, it would have been correct." She called her GM Brenda and said she said not to remake them. He explained that our autistic grandson won't eat them like that, but she just kept telling him to leave the store. He has most of this on video and as she chased him out of the store screaming at him to erase the video and came all the way to his car screaming. So they kept the 2 subs and our money! He then went to the Winter Garden subway and bought 1 sub there in person.. Funny enough, Brenda the GM waited on him and was as nice as could be (he didn't realize who she was until he was leaving and an employee told him). An employee there, that my husband told the story to, told him that Brenda was friends with Karen and he would take our number and have the owners call us. He also showed him the video and he couldn't believe what Karen had done. A few days later, after no call, husband stopped in again at the WG store.. Employee said he gave the number to Brenda to give to the owner.. Lol. So we knew that didn't go anywhere. From the looks of these reviews, the Ocoee location has a lot of problems with their employees. We have been there many, many times and never had a problem until now.. But we want our money back for the subs they kept and will never be returning to this location!Update ***Since no owner has contacted us to give us a refund for the subs we paid for and they kept them, we are filing a police report tomorrow. Unbelievable that they care so little about their business and how their managers treat people. We have been going to this location at least once a week for many years. No more.

The day of 01/25/2023,the service was horrible the lady's working had a bad attitude,using there phones while they were making the sandwich and did not change their gloves one lady got mad at me and my mother for asking for extra cucumber and said that's all we have with a bad attitude and very slow service,you should not have people like that working there who have a bad attitude towards costumers that's bad costumer service,they usually have a amazing service but today it was horrible

Everywhere I look it says you are open from 9 am until 10 pm but multiple times I have found the store closed past the open time and now they are closing earlier when it is posted as 10 pm, tonight was one of the nights...so disappointed! Also seems like the crew is always hanging out on the seats and do not show interest in assisting or trying to get things done in a timely manner. I don't know who is in charge but whomever it is you need to hire responsible people that want to do their job instead of making your store a hang out place for young adults and can keep it open for the hours advertised. Ridiculous!!! I always do post something good so if I have to pick something I will say it was the guy that was actually working, older than the rest and cared about serving us yesterday when the other 2 were sitting at the tables chatting with a bunch of teens. His name was Chris...thank you for caring Sir while your coworkers rely on you to actually work!

Ordered online, and came to pick it up. All they say is "nope, we never got one. Sorry." When I paid ahead for my order, and refused to help or make it for me. They say "wrong store" when it clearly shows on the map in the app the location being here. There's no other subway on silver star road, especially in this vicinity. Stay away unless you do in store ordering, even then I'd suggest against it.

Very rude staff, they messed up my order and they never offered discount, item for free, no apologies, don't ever visit to this place
