Subway

I work nearby and this location is easy for me but I find myself driving to the Altamonte location and this is why. This location is usually crowded, the service is ok but they always give you very low toppings when you order. I have to ask every time for more. If you pre-order, you barely get what you ordered. Today, I came in early and asked for the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread with shredded cheese. Since you cannot see behind the counter anymore during the first process you can't tell how much cheese is being used (today maybe a spoon full if that!). The cookies were not fresh and tasted overcooked or leftover from the weekend, it was noon and trash was already full. I had to tell the guy I like more toppings again. I sent to pay with a gift card and that didn't work so had to pay with my credit card. It's really sad as this is not the first time this has happened so after today I'll probably just continue driving to the other location where I have never had to ask for additional toppings not once, get fresh cookies and more space and parking. It's just easier all around unfortunately.I hope this review helps things turnaround as I prefer this location due to the distance to work.

We went in with a huge order for spring break basketball camp. This newly renovated subway is extremely modernized. It's bright and really looks FRESH! The sandwich artists were awesome and made our sandwiches quickly.

This subway is in a great location, right next to all of the business buildings and the RDV Sports complex, which makes it convenient for a quick lunch. Maybe this is too convenient as you often have to wait 10 minutes or so for a sandwich. My suggestion, which I have started doing lately is ordering on line for pickup, which is very easy and saves times.The staff is very friendly but they do however need to take some action in better prepping their food. At this location I have had 2 incidents, of about maybe 20 visits where the chicken was cold. Once, the roasted chicken was cold when I ordered it toasted (i guess it wasn't thawd out right) and the NEW chicken salad was frozen when I tried it. The manager did however redeem himself by giving me 2 free 6 inch sub coupons, which was very nice of him. Overall I like subway, just need to improve prep so that chicken is nice and hot after toasting!

I Am quite upset and will not be returning to this location. I live in an apartment complex nearby and went for two sandwiches. While waiting in line the employee was very rude and had an attitude as I was deciding what I wanted to order. I ordered two sandwiches one turkey and one chicken teriyaki. Because of her attitude I did not interact much with her so I did not pay attention to what she was doing. When I got home. Each sandwich had the wrong toppings and my sandwich was falling apart. I love subway and eat there often but this location needs better employees those who will uphold the standard of customer service that all subways uphold.

This was probably the nicest Subway I have ever been to. The staff was extremely friendly. Wish the Subway's in Orlando were this cool; I would frequent them a lot more.

Is it a fast food place...Yes. However, I will say this was one of the cleanest and friendliest Subways I've ever been to. Service was super quick and the customer service was A+. Great staff and accuracy with sandwiches

Management here has changed hands a few times over, and the place is just soooo busy during lunch. I understand the trouble with finding good employees that will stick around, but each time we go in it seems a new person is being trained. That just lends to the complications that make the line move slower. There are still some friendly faces that are consistent, and the proximity to my workplace makes it easy to get to, but overall things are trending a bit down here from my previous review.

Over an hour wait, "1" person making online orders, etc. and very few customers in store. Mgr - Michelle comes out approx 40 mins later and was no assistance as a mgr. Several issues and tried to put the blame on us customers and corporate for their lack of knowledge, training and unsatisfactory customer service. Mgr was unsure how a gift card works, had cash register issues amongst other technical issues including their App never works. I told her (Michelle) this would have never happened at Firehouse Subs, Publix Subs, Jersey Mikes Subs or Starbucks to name a few. The competitors mgrs and leaders are empowered to make decisions concerning unsatisfactory customer service and we should have not had to wait an hour for fast food, this is unacceptable. We had not been to Subway since Covid approx 4 years and will not be returning customers since we were not valued, appreciated nor respected for patronizing Subways restaurant. The manager Michelle refused to accommodate us for the horrible inconvenience one hour wait. "No consideration for us standing an hour." The customer experience goes a long way. No customer should EVER have to wait an hour for food and sub par lousy mediocre condescending customer service. They just don't care.

So my mom and brother ordered one sub and two salads the black lady working there copped an attitude because we wanted extra lettuce. She barely gave us any veggie and when we wanted other things added she treated us like it was such a huge issue. The subway is nice in a nice area but for the service I probably would end up going somewhere else where we are treated a little better.

I just ordered a 6 inch meatball and it was the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. Up charge for fresh mozzarella and there was hardly any cheese? Not to mention that the meatballs didn't even taste like meat!! First and last time I will go there!!
