Sandwiches are normal Subway fare; no complaints there. Minus 3 stars because even though we never have problems with the food, the "convenience" of this location being a drive-thru is completely negated by the wait time. I've waited anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes for just a couple of sandwiches. My daughter loves their tuna sub and on days I bring lunch to her at school, I have to factor the lag time here into my travel time. If they could be more in line with other drive-through, it would bump them up to five stars for me. That's how much it detracts from the experience.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Subway. While the restaurant itself was clean, the customer service was beyond unacceptable. The staff was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in actually doing their jobs.We sat at the drive-thru for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment before I finally had to knock on the window just to get someone's attention. When an employee finally came, instead of offering any kind of apology, they had the audacity to accuse me of being rude for simply trying to get service.Despite placing a simple order--only because my children needed to eat before taking their medication--they outright refused to make our food with no valid reason. Their attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely uncalled for.It's disappointing to see such a lack of basic work ethic and respect for customers. I will never return to this location, and I strongly suggest others avoid it as well.

I like this location because of the drive thru. The last two times I have ordered wraps. The bacon was crisp and the toppings seemed fresh both times. Staff was friendly, if a little slow. One of the visits they gave me jalapeño instead of onions. That was quite the shock.

The employees here are burn outs that don't know the difference between white orwheat bread, but still ask for tips... homeless man down the street has higher levels of customer service and attentiveness, he will receive those dollars.

Unless you can go inside and watch them make your order don't bother. With both the app and the drive thru received my order missing half the ingredients. Not one or two things, at least 5 separate ingredients. And of course you're not gonna notice it until you're long gone.

I ordered online on Subway.com. When the delivery person arrived, they were out of the Veggie Patties, so, he asked me to substitute. I asked him to order a regular veggie sandwich, but the manager simply refused to do so. He put her on the phone with me and she argued asking me to cancel the order on Doordash.com, which I insisted I did not order through. When asked for the district manager, she said he was out. The next thing I know, the delivery guy shows up with my order. I ask him where the order was made, and he said that the manager took my order on the back to make it and did not make it in front. After tipping the delivery guy cash, I refused the order. I will never use this store again. I feared she had done something to my order, and I just did not feel comfortable eating anything in the bag. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Drive thru touch screen was down. Push the intercom button for assistance. No one answered so o drove up to the window. I was greeted very rudely when I said I was having trouble with the machine. Gets a condescending attitude and tells me she cannot take my order. I have had this happen multiple times at this location, in both other situations they happily helped me and took my order at the window. Just wish customer service was still a thing.
