I've only been for happy hour but it's a really really great happy hour for a restaurant on Disney property. Getting a meal for 2 for less than $50 at Disney is near impossible, getting a meal with 2 cocktails actually is impossible, except at stk happy hour. We had 4 appetizer plates and 2 cocktails for $45 before tipping. Every item we ordered was truly wonderful and I would order each again without hesitation. We sat outside, so can't speak much to the atmosphere and ambiance. It seemed dark inside, from the walk in to use the restroom, but not unpleasant or loud. The patio area was lovely! It's covered, and has enough space. Our server was quick, helpful, and did not seem (noticeably) bothered about us taking a table and just ordering from the happy hour menu. As nice as the restaurant and the staff are, the food and cocktails are absolutely the highlights here. The meatballs were very large and super flavorful. I'd eat 10 more of the short rib quesadilla. And you can never go wrong with a burger and truffle fries! I cant wait to go back and try the rest of the happy hour menu!

This place was horrible. I never give bad reviews, but I feel compelled to leave a negative review here in hopes that STK will do better. I've been to STK in Miami and New York and had high hopes that this one would be great. We made reservations for 7:15pm. Half the party got there at 7pm but I and another person were running late due to traffic. The hostess checked us in at 7:45, but we were there at 7:30. Around 8:30 we were still waiting outside. We complained many times. Everyone was in the same boat. Everyone were waiting 1 hour beyond reservation time. But we noticed people without reservations were being invited to come in. There were people from a large pharmaceutical meeting and a PGA tournament that were being escorted in, while we were waiting for over an hour. So we got tired of waiting and went across to the Edison where we waited 15 mins. They told us that STK routinely makes people wait over an hour past reservation all the time and they come to Edison. What's worse is that I received an email notification that our reservation was canceled. Most likely due to us complaining too much, but we didn't cancel it. So dishonest. I will never make reservations here again. I can't even get it.

Would not recommend... overpriced and bland and our server could not more clearly express how much he did not want to be there. No substitutions on ingredients our friend was allergic to. They asked her 3 separate times if she had allergies. If you are not going to pass the info along why even ask her even once much less 3 times!!! Such a disappointment.

We will never go back. It started off with them being out of Wagyu, Filet, bone in Filet and Wagyu Fried rice. The service was mediocre at best. After being informed that they didn't have the bone in filet after placing our order we went with our waiter's recommendation for the porterhouse. That was our third mistake coming here. The flavor was way off. We asked for medium and wound up with medium rare. The cut was pretty fatty, even for the filet side. $300 for food I wouldn't serve my enemy.

My first time at STK and I just can't say that anything impressed me. Prices were crazy for the quality. $42 for one crab cake (appetizer), I believe. So we skipped appetizers. Bread was dry and cold. Table next to us had what looked like oil and garlic brushed on theirs and ours was just bred but he'd with nothing. Service was great, sides were great--don't get me wrong. More in the sides in a bit.STK -- The steaks were skimpy. And weren't flavorful at all. And we got a tomahawk! There was a NY strip at the table and two filets as well. Tomahawk was unevenly cooked. Left side was med rare, right side was super duper almost inedible rare. Again, no seasoning, no flavor from richness or dry aging on the steak so thank God we got two sauces to go with it. Au poive sauce was great. Didn't care for the red wine reduction. Don't get me started on the price of the steak butters and sauces lol Disney, man... All the fillets ordered were small, like small small--not worth the price at all but I get it, it's Disney Springs. Whatever they do to those mashed potatoes is heavenly though. The mushrooms were super good as well--seasoned perfectly and sprinkled with goat cheese. I couldn't get enough! The mac and cheese was better than most restaurants' and the Brussels sprouts were seasoned super well but could have been a bit crispier. Each side was $20. Freaking nuts lol In Palm Beach we're spoiled with excellent chefs and excellent food. Nine times out of ten you feel like you got your money's worth even when the price is up there. Our reservation was at 8, we showed up at 7:50 and weren't seated till 8:40 .Disney Springs has so much great food to choose from so this will not be a repeat.Another review giving it to you straight no chaser. Enjoy!

I highly recommend this steakhouse it was amazing! I came here the evening of 2/3/25. Our waiter Philip was spectacular! He was funny, honest, and had exceptional customer service skills. We sat outside where the weather was very pleasant and the people watching was entertaining. The food was absolutely delicious! Blue cheese bread- very tasty, excellent flavor, soft and decadent.Strawberry cobbler cocktail- amazing flavor, not too sweet, well balanced, and a graham cracker crust. You can't beat it.! Calamari- cooked to perfection and wasn't as overly chewy. There is a spice made with the batter so it's not bland. The dipping sauces are interesting; 1 is a mayo type sauce and the other is a tangy almost sweet and sour like but with a kick.Wedge salad- served exactly like a wedge salad should be- crisp, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes cut in 1/2. The only thing I thought was a little of kilter was there pork they serve with it. It wasn't bacon bits, it was a cubed bacon tasting addition which I found to taste poorly. It tasted like a fat saturated meat cube that was fatty so I didn't eat those. The porterhouse steak- bone in and cooked to perfection! Delicious seasoning and very tender.Asparagus- cooked to perfection- not over seasoned and just the right amount of crisp.Mashed potatoes- full of flavor but very rich.Ambiance- envitibg, intimate, but relaxed.Service- our waiter Philip is what made this such a pleasant eveningOf note- their food deliveries are on Tuesdays so if you go there on a Monday they may be out of a few things as they tend to sell out over the weekend. We have been to the STK steakhouse in Vegas where they served hot fudge with their desserts; they only have chocolate syrup here which was disappointing. If you are craving steak I highly recommend STK steakhouse!

I'm really not that person who complains but I felt like my experience was a little frustrating with the STK host. The only reason why they're getting a 3 stars is because the happy hour menu is actually amazing for it being on Disney property. On weekends they offer it from 3-6pm (I think that's the right time but I could be wrong) and the menu options are $3, $6 and $9 food items plus $9 cocktails. Which is really not a bad price! Again if you know Disney then you know. But what really made me a little sad was the fact that I couldn't sit inside with my stroller. Mind you my baby is only 4 months old and can't sit in a high chair so dining out is a little tough for my husband and I. The hostess said we couldn't bring in the stroller because it's a fire hazard. Which is a little weird to say considering you're on Disney property but ok. She offered us outside seating which was fine but it was also freezing outside. I told her we can sit there if you can guarantee we can sit by a heater. After I made that suggestion, she said the heaters weren't working and someone is getting propane. Ok so not only are we not allowed in with a stroller but you're suggesting outside seating in freezing weather with a 4 month old with no heaters working. I mean where's the consideration? So I left. I ended up going somewhere else to meet some friends but then my friends wanted to try the happy hour too. We waited a bit and walked around to see if the weather would change. Once the weather warmed up my group friends ended up heading back and we sat outside. If it wasn't for my friends I would've never came back. And even after everything I still don't think I'll be returning. But the food was pretty good. We ordered calamari, pop corn chicken, tater tots, and short rib quesadillas. Everything was super tasty. Definitely not a bad deal but the portions are kind of small.

All of the dishes we got were all very rich, which usually is a good thing, but there was nothing to pallet cleanse so it was overwhelming to eat everything. For my main dish, I got the porterhouse steak and added wagyu umami butter. I thought the porterhouse was the best tasting of the one's we shared in our party so I was happy with that order. Besides the food, the servers always checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. However, two of my party's steaks were very undercooked but they did give us a complimentary mac and cheese while we waited for their steaks to be fixed.
