South Central Food & Meat Market

i went in to get boiled peanutsthere were no napkins at the station so i asked for some at the counter.the clerk said he didn't have any. so i circled through the store, and brought some to the counter. he charged me $2 and put them in a plastic bag. i said i only wanted two sheets, he said "somebody has to pay for them". so i said he needs to have paper towels at the register. until he brought up the manager. but he wasn't available because he was on vacation. hmm, owner doesn't seem to have a cell phone. so i got a refund and walked out. funny thing was, there seemed to be plenty of plastic bags
