Food was great! Not sure if it was due to me not having ribs in a long time but these are good! The service was fast and the staff was friendly. Will definitely be back

It's a Saturday at 3pm, NOT BUSY AT ALL! Actually it was completely empty but a few people at the bar area. So all the cars were at the restaurant next door for sure.No one at the front to greet or seat you, also, everyone can hear you walk in cause that door is loud when it opens & closes. i want to say that i'm the type of person to not want to mess with people who are handling my food so I waited a couple of minutes & nothing still, so I left because if they aren't even attentive when you walk in they won't be attentive while at a table & I wasn't about to be dealing with all thatIf you guys don't want people there, that's totally fine but why not just lock the doors and have the close sign out?

Well, the fresh and deliciousness didn't last long. On my 3rd visit, again I drive about hour to get there, my food was cold and clearly not freshly cooked. Even my server agreed that my fries looked old. I sent the food back and asked for a refund. My husband's sampler was cold as well, but he ate it. While there we also tried to peach cobbler egg rolls. I wasn't a fan, but my husband enjoyed them and they were hot. For me, they were doughey and the filling wasn't giving tasty peach cobbler. On my 2nd visit I went in the drive thru and my food was piping hot. So hot that I had to let it cool to eat it. What I observed is, they seem to serve fresher food when they aren't busy. There was a little crowd when I visited this 3rd time and I sort of had a feeling the food wouldn't be fresh as they are trying to keep up with the demand. My server was really kind though, so the customer service hasn't declined. Consistency is key to keep customers returning!

New location, just recently opened. Decor is clean and modern. The hostess was very slow to greet us, we asked for a booth and she took the time to go make sure it was clean before taking us over there. Server was great, I wish I got her name - she is also the bar tender. She was super fast and attentive. Food was good. Enjoyed the prime rib. I paid extra for the skillet potatoes - while they were tasty some were a little under cooked.

So happy that we have a Sonny's in the area. I sure once the tourists find out it will be hard for us to get a table. Being up the street from Disney springs will make it a great family go to for those with a car staying at Disney. We love Sonny's. Have for decades and this location doesn't disappoint. Even my vegetarian 9 year old loves it here. He always gets a salad and Mac and cheese. It seems to be a smaller location compared to some of the others. So it will probably fill up fast. Our server was phenomenal I wish I remembered her name to share. Can't wait to return many times. Love their brisket, ribs and pulled pork can't forget the turkey. My dad always smoked turkey for the holidays so it always brings back great memories when I have it here. Sonnys was his favorite place for ribs. My boys love that this is a place they used to go with him all the time and they can still enjoy it even after he has passed.

We love Sonnys BBQ. Not only do they have delicious house BBQ sauce but their all you can eat ribs are amazing. They have great little desserts and also they have a great $12 Rob special every day.

30% fat! Product quality is going down as they expand. Any take-out is drowned in moisture on a 2 mile trek to home. Fries and okra soggy.

Egg rolls were good, but got the 3 combo and the ribs were small only got two and brisket was so tough and fatty. Wasted money. 27 bucks each and not worth it at all.

One car in the parking lot still took 7 minutes to get my food from the drive-thru they forgot my extra piece of garlic bread and nothing but hot sauce when I asked for sweet and no coleslaw told the manager about it the next day and he offered to give me a coleslaw. They did the same thing to my coworker last Saturday night when he called back the manager to tell them that they messed up 3 of the things in his order he said if you drive back to the restaurant whille your food gets cold we'll give them to you...Ridiculous!!! Now I see why the restaurant has fewer than two cars in the parking lot every time I drive by.Never coming back...

It's a great place. You always know you are going to get great bbq you can't go wrong
