Can I put a lower star? Pulled into the drive in. Was told they aren't taking orders through drive thru and to pull into a stall. Pulled into a stall and then was asked if we knew how to order online because they weren't taking orders from the stall. If this was the case, why give these instructions? Also -- if there are issues with this location, why not close it completely? I understand tech issues happen, but just didn't appreciate the runaround and should've turned away customers away completely then.

Yikes. I haven't been to a sonic in a long time but was in the area and decided to stop after we went to the store because I was thirsty and I love their ice. I ordered on the app while at the store and once finished we headed to pick up our order. We waited 30 mins after ordering in the app for the order and when the order came out it was wrong and we had to wait even longer for it to be corrected. I really would avoid this location completely. I'm not sure what is going on here but there weren't barely any cars to have to wait as long as we did and for them to make the food wrong.

I am the third car in line and have literally been waiting 45 minutes and the only thing I've seen happen is 2 drinks came out of the drive-thru window about 20 minutes ago. This place needs to be shut down. It can't be a feasible business model to have 1 car served every few hours...

I've been dining at this Sonic for a lot of years now and I've had various issues over that time. Nothing really serious. Mostly just food improperly repaired. If you press the button again and tell them they always took care of it. Service has been a bit slower the last few years and I do miss the roller skates.And this occasion we were heading home from Orlando and decided to stop for lunch at about 1:00 p.m. When we pulled in there were a few cars in the drive-thru and quite a few in spaces scattered around the perimeter. We pulled up and took a moment to check the menu for any changes since the last time we were there. I pressed the button and waited for a few for someone to respond. They said they would be right back with me. After almost 10 minutes during which time I heard three other cars near me press the button and place their orders and one of them actually receive their order I felt I had waited long enough. The whole point of eating at some place like this is I don't have to get out of my car.From my point of view Sonic as a whole has really gone downhill. I've never experienced anything this bad in the way of service before. If this had been the first time I had had an issue in recent years I probably would have given them more time. Because of problems with food and service at this location I have no desire to go back to this location again. I will probably still try other locations but the next closest one to me has also had issues so I'm not so sure where I stand with this company.My feeling was that as lunch was really winding down because of the time there was no real reason for it to take as long as it was. Clearly there's some problem and I was just forgotten about. Maybe one day I will be back.

Order the BLT. I asked how many pieces of bacon came on it and she quickly said she didn't know. When I got it it had 2 very small pieces of bacon despite their online menu stating it came with 4. Their bbq chicken was barely covered and the trash cans were filled to the rim giving no room to put new trash.

I live in Orlando and decided to go here for a late night snack. What I didn't know was that my blt sandwich would actually be a slice of tomato with a sprinkle of lettuce and 2 small tidbits of bacon squashed in between two slices of bread. Very disappointed. Have tried to call many times (between 5 and 10 times) with no answer. Guess they just don't want to hear it.Tots were very greasy. My friend got a hamburger and said it was awful. Would give a zero if it was an option. Avoid !!!
