I ordered three Turkey sandwiches and they all came without lettuce and tomatoes.

We always eat or order out here after a doctors appointment. Their food is always good and they give you hefty sized portions. Love their beefsteaks, pernil, and their baked goods. The service mostly are good. Especially, it can get crowded and if you don't speak the Spanish language, you'll hold up the line because, some servers don't speak English or I don't even know if they understand English. But, with my broken Spanish language, I get what I need and want. The ambience, well, you can sit and eat but not the romantic kind. They also have tables outside for outside dining. It's by a busy street too. I recommend this business.

If I could put 0 stars that would be. When you look for the restaurant, you assume that by its name they have Puerto Rican food. Mofongo and dishes that are always in a Puerto Rican restaurant. If you are looking for that so as not to suffer a disappointment, call or look for another because it is the second time that I go and they do not make those dishesSi puedira no dar estrellas ese sería mi review . Si vas buscando platos bóricas busca otro restaurante 2 vez que voy y no los hacen. O llamar a ver si corren con suerte. Deberían cambiar el nombre o al menos apagar lasPantallas con los platos Boricuas .

Service wasn't as bad as other days, muy recostaos. Waited 26 mins for a ham egg and cheese sandwich in the wrong bread! 6-7 workers behind the counter. SMH food was good but... 26 mins!!!Disappointing....

I've been coming here for years. I typically love the food. It's the closest thing to what I consider home cooked food. Food alone I give it a 5star . Add service and then the rating goes way south. I have ordered a few sandwiches lately on different occasions where they ask me what I want, to them return the sandwich for a new one. Then they ask me if I want the sandwich exactly like the ticket says, pointing to the ticket....... What I fail to understand is why ask me how I want my sandwich if you're just going to do it a different way anyways, then ask me a second time how I want it when it's on the ticket you're holding and pointing to?!?!! Makes no sense. Seems like a waste of time and food to have to do it a second time. In fact the people ahead of me were complaining of the same thing. So that goes to show I'm not the only one. I would say they need to pay attention to detail but I know that's a mute point at this place. They are just going to keep doing what they do, right or wrong...... One other point, they ask everyone to put a mask on and I have heard a few employees correct people on the mask on and how it's put on, yet the guy who runs this place has a half ass mask on. If you expect it from your patrons, you should expect it from your employees and staff, period.

Food was very tasty. Employees were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Welcoming environment. If you are looking to get the most amazing "hispanic" food, you need to stop by and give them a try.

Another place that I had on my list but never actually had the time to go.This place has been a Puerto Rican treasure for as long as I been in FL. They sell are your common PR pastry along with their food.Food price is pretty consider how popular they are. One thing is, make sure you have patience because the wait can be quite long when you're ordering food.

I went online in search of a place like this . I reviewed pictures and reviews and figured let me give it a try. The portions are small and way too expensive. The Mofongo was not what I expected, I've had better. The ladies attending we're not friendly and almost rushing you to place your order. First impression are a must for me and I wouldn't go back.

Found this little gem via Yelp - Love the variety of Puerto Rican pastries and the hot food bar. The mofongo (smashed plantain) and trifongo (mashed yucca, green & ripe plantain) were divine. We ordered a la carte and came with some tasty broth on the side. Very generous portion that can definitely feed 2 people. We also had their stew chicken, boiled yucca, chicken soup. All super tasty. I am so sad it is so far from my home. The staff was very friendly. The time we went (around 5pm) was really slow, and they took the time to answer all my questions. If it gets busy I am sure there will be a little wait, but worth it.

Food is good but a little overwhelmed with the amount of customers that comes in which takes time to get an order received, but at the end the food is well worth it . A recommendation ; try more natural juices .
