Sobol Lake Mary

Now my new favorite smoothie bowl place. So tasty with good portions and so much fruit! I got the pitaya bowl with light granola. My husband ordered the chocolate smoothie and said it was delicious. I ordered online and their system to do so is kinda annoying. The process of making an account isn't very simple and I tried numerous times to create an account to earn points but it didn't work.

Oh my goodness I am hooked!!! I have never seen a place that has a coconut purée as their base and let me tell you.... You need this in your life! If you like coconut, then this is for you! The coconut bowl was absolutely refreshing on this very warm Florida day I did also try the açai bowl which was equally delicious, but I'm a sucker for coconut I don't think there's a bad choice on the menu & service was great. I was given recommendations and offered a sample too which helped me decide.I would 10 out of 10 recommend. Thank you!

Being a fan of 3Natives I wanted to give this place a try to see which might be better. Well, it turns out the answer is not that clear. At least for what I had the answer is that it is different. The Coconut Bowl -- Blended coconut puree. Layered between SoBoL Granola. Topped with strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, coconut, & honey was great. However, seeking a light and fast lunch this one left me a little too full in the classic size. Not that it is big, it is just that filling. I guess I need to summon my "kid" size next time. Otherwise, the place is great. Super clean with quick service.

I had an incredible experience at SoBowl! Cute and clean inside the store. The customer service was outstanding, and the owner went above and beyond to assist me in selecting the perfect base by offering various samples.I'm obsessed with the spirulina and coconut bases--they're bursting with flavor! The spirulina is not only tasty but also packed with nutritional benefits, while the coconut base has a luscious, ice cream-like creaminess. Don't miss out on their rewards program--I've already earned a reward after just two visits. Highly recommended!

Always fresh and delicious. Pitaya is my absolute favorite and a must try. Service is always the absolute best , staff is friendly and helpful. They have so many options to choose from. I love the fruit bowls best. No fake ingredients here.

Great service! The gentleman behind the counter explained the bowls to me as it was my first time here) and accommodated my request to leave out the honey in the bowl I chose. I ordered the green bowl and it had a generous amount of fresh fruit and just the right sweetness and crunch. It was very satisfying to eat it on a hot Florida afternoon. I highly recommend Sobol if you are looking for a light healthy meal or a refreshing snack.

I finally stopped by and grabbed a smoothie bowl and I was sooooo impressed! I got the Spirulina bowl that had granola, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, coconut and granola layered within...it was magical. We met Jeff, the owner, and he was great! He shared a little about the company and mentioned how everything was dairy free. Love that! He let us sample a lot of flavors and now I know what I'll get next time! The coconut is so creamy and would pair will mixed with another flavor like the pitaya or the green. The store is clean and has a few tables along the wall and in front of the window at the entrance. Definitely drop on in for an amazing and healthy treat!

Quick friendly service, their bowls and smoothies are so good and you cal tell they use only fresh never frozen fruit. This shop has by far the tastiest fruit in Lake Mary! The employees are the sweetest, I recommend this place to anyone looking for a sweet, healthy snack or breakfast. The place is so welcoming and clean.

I was extremely happy when I saw that there was a SoBol in Orlando! In high school on Long Island, I would always grab açaí bowls with my friends there, so it is my go to spot on Long Island for açaí. It felt just like home when I walked into SoBol and Kinjal welcomed us in! I absolutely love that they let you sample the different bases they offer before choosing which one to get. They definitely added more bowls since the last time I've been and I am loving all the new additions. My favorites are the original Açaí and the Spirulina! I sampled the Green Bowl and it was surprisingly delicious. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors, so go grab your friends and stop by before heading to the beach!

Holy fucking shit this place is good. The bowl bases are real fruits, none of that HFCS blended bullshit. The fruit toppings are fresh and delectable. Best açaí bowl I've had since moving to this beautiful state and I will be back a couple times a month without a doubt, even tho I live about an hour away. If you want a healthy, superfood packed sweet treat, you've gotta come try this place!
