Smoothie King

Four employees and one had to come from the back to take orders. Don't get me wrong, each were doing something to include cleaning dishes, cleaning counters, working the drive thru, but they literally looked at us and kept doing what they were doing. It also smelled horrible in there. Like a dirty bathroom. The employee who finally took orders was respectful, but there was no urgency. The lemonade raspberry smoothie was good. Not too sweet and not too tart. You can taste both in the mix. But I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

What's the point of ordering ahead, if you have to wait 15min when you get there?!?! It would have been faster if I just waited in line. I counted 7 employees (including a manager) whose pace rivaled a turtle swimming upstream! And, how does one get their tip back; cuz it surely wasn't earned!

The flavors are all good but the price is way too much for anything but a major treat. But then, I never buy coffee either....

I've been here a couple of times, the first time I ordered the metabolism boost mango ginger smoothie which had Mangoes, Bananas, Spinach, White Grape Lemon Juice Blend, Vanilla Protein Blend, Ginger, and Fiber, it was really good, very refreshing and not too sweet. Second time I tried their Go Go Gogi crunch bowl which has an Açai base, Granola, Whole Blueberries, Diced Strawberries, Honey, Goji Berries (this was really good). I like that they have a drive thru too, this makes it very convenient to grab something healthy before work. Very friendly staff and quick service! Highly recommend!

It has a drive thru which makes it a little faster if you are not trying to walk in.I tried others but nothing like the king here! Friendly staff, great Smoothies, price is okay, but it replaces a meal.5 stars in my book.

Drive Thru Smoothies = life changing This new location is everything I could ever hope for. Fast and friendly service. Lots of options. Lots of parking. Suggestions given by a knowledgeable staff. I love being able to go through the drive thru on my way home from the gym. They have lots of different kinds of protein powders. They also have a retail section where you can buy their powders to take home and make your own. Be sure to join their rewards programs for rewards!

This location has great customer service. Each customer is greeted as they enter. The employees are engaged and friendly. I ordered a Pineapple Surf and a Caribbean Way. The pineapple drink is made with pineapple, strawberries, kiwi apple juice blend, dairy whey blend and turbinado. It is very refreshing and one of my top favorites. The Caribbean Way is also a very delicious choice. It is made with strawberries, bananas, papaya juice blend and turbinado. The store was clean and the employees and customers were wearing masks.

Great protein smoothie. Be sure to say " no turbinado" if u don't want sugar. Extra protein is great. I got the blueberry raspberry. Drive through a little slow.

May 15, 2024 I pull into the drive through. I was worried about coming too late, so I checked the closing time in my car ride. It's a Wednesday, so they close at 9. I got there about 8:35 but there was a bit of a line. I pulled up to order at 8:43pm. "We're not taking orders""Oh sorry, why?""What?""Why aren't you taking orders?""We're closed""We'll online it says y'all are open to 9 and it's 8:43""I said we're closed so we're closed"I was on speakerphone with my mother. The employee continued to berate us, didn't once apologize for the inconvenience, and then went on to MOCK MY MOTHER calling her old multiple times. "Sound like you're like 50 arguing with a 21 year old" "act your age" (all this after I asked her name so when I come back tomorrow I know exactly who I'm complaining about and she refused to give it). I have never in my life had a employee openly mock customers and insult them because they closed early (bc let's be real - she wanted to get out early bc she had plans that night. There was no valid reason to close 20 minutes before at a smoothie place). I genuinely cannot believe this girl has a job after tonight. I plan on coming in person to lodge a complaint. My mother said if she wasn't on the phone with me, she wouldn't believe I was spoken to that way. As someone in customer service I have never said this before in my life: FIRE. HER. IMMEDIATELY.

Inconsistent with their service and as someone who goes to this location weekly after workouts, my observations are not a one time deal. Common complaints about this location I can verify are true is that if you order on the app, you still may have to wait in line a while but honestly I think this depends on how soon you show up after ordering. Second, they are sometimes very slow and backed up so you may have to wait anyway and that is my least favorite thing about this location. The people are nice, but I went there today and ordered from drive-thru and there were three cars ahead of me. After there was enough space in line for me pull up to the speaker to order, there were three cars ahead of me. 2 of the 3 were waiting for smoothies, the 1st one they brought out the order and it was wrong (I'm guessing here because employee walked out with 2 smoothies and then walked back inside with the smoothies after talking w customer) and the 3rd hadn't even got to the window yet. I just left - hopped the median and went home because at that point I had been waiting at least 10 minutes for a small smoothie. Not every experience is this way, but I much prefer Planet Smoothie and if there was another smoothie place nearby I'd switch.
