Smoothie King

Protein fix for the win. It's nice to have a healthy and sweet treat at the same time. We waited for so long for this location and it's pretty much a regular stop. The staff is always friendly and they get my order correct. I'll take it. I do need to branch out from the usual selections. Any suggestions?

The Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie from Smoothie King is a delicious and refreshing beverage, packed with protein and essential nutrients. It's perfect for anyone who wants to stay fit and healthy or needs a quick, on-the-go breakfast or snack. Ambiance its ok, service 7/10 but still will go back for more

Great refresher on a hot day or protein fix coming from the gym next door. Been here several times and the smoothie has always hit the spot.Positives:1) Great friendly staff always able to give suggestions. 2) clean establishment. 3)Fast service. Improvement opportunities:1)Cost and lack of specials - signed up on application when they had $6 Friday specials but now they changed to only $1 off. The drinks overall are a bit expensive and their promotions seem to be diminishing in value.

Smoothie King recently opened in Clermont so I stopped by to see what they were all about. There was only one person working the drive thru window and the counter. Even with a steady flow of customers in both areas of the restaurant I received excellent service. I ordered the Island Impact off of the Slim Blend menu. It was made with pineapples, mangoes, papaya juice blend, apple pineapple juice blend and a protein blend. It was very tasty and refreshing. I will definitely be back to try the other flavor combinations. They have a special every Friday that allows customers to purchase any 32 oz drink for five dollars or any meal smoothie for six dollars.

The smoothies are still fine. Those two stars for the smoothies, but there's a new crew or something because service has taken a nosedive. Smoothie is almost never ready when I get there when I order ahead and show up a couple minutes after pickup time on the app, and constantly getting vibes that I'm inconveniencing them just by existing. And if, God forbid I go through the drive thru instead of coming inside to get it myself out of the cooler, I can feel their annoyance radiating from them. One time I arrived and they didn't have my order and the manager looked at my app confirmation and said "that's not us". She was gonna just leave it like that. Turns out they had the street address wrong on the confirmation screen in the app (right suite number, though so obviously a typo), but correct on ordering screen, so it shouldn't and doesn't normally affect anything. And there's no other location nearby, so obviously the order was for that location. She told ME to call THEIR IT Dept. Really? Show a bit of ownership. When I pull up to the drive thru I always say "good morning, I have a mobile order for Michael" and she almost always cuts me off mid sentence and asks "what's the name?". So rude.My three times a week smoothie habit is zero as of today. That really bums me out, because this was my favorite place to come for a smoothie and a smile in the morning. Note to the owner: anyone can blend a smoothie, but it's the PEOPLE who make the difference. The vibe when you opened was OUTSTANDING. Now it's just meh. If you want to experience how excellent drive thru etiquette makes the difference and keeps people coming back, take a spin through the King's Ridge Starbucks. They are fast and very friendly. Otherwise, just open a vending machine and save yourself the labor costs.

Glad to have found this place! Went in yesterday to order inside, they were friendly and efficient. Today I ordered online and the order was ready when we got to the drive thru! Didn't have to wait at all. I ordered the vanilla Hulk smoothie both times and added cold brew. Very good, smooth, and delicious. Definitely recommend trying this place. You won't be disappointed!

Pedí por auto servicio. La bebida estuvo bueno, el servicio muy pero muy mal, me quedaron cero ganas de volver. Espere por un smoothie más de 20min y el lugar estaba solo; era la única persona esperando. No lo recomiendo y es un hecho que no volveré más I went through the car window. The drink was good, the service very, very bad, I had zero desire to come back. I waited for a smoothie for more than 20 minutes and the place was alone; it was the only person waiting. I don't recommend it and it's a fact that I won't come back anymore

This place is a joke. I arrived last night, 30 minutes before closing and they were already packed up and ready to leave. I tapped, then knocked on the door, and the two employees were simply smiling, looking down, and shaking their heads, having a good old time, pretending I didn't exist.Why don't they just close earlier if they don't feel like being there? Smoothie King? More like The Kings of Disappointment :(

I don't know if they are understaffed or not but then need to hire better ppl. I went there with my friends and we pulled up to the side and one of the workers named Tiffany was so rude. She first gave us the wrong smoothies and when we told her it was wrong she corrected us and said no it's not, I gave you the right ones and went over what they were and when we told her we didn't order one of them she tried to play it off like she just said the wrong thing and then she told us to show her the receipt so she could prove us wrong and when she realized she was wrong, she was like oh can I just give you a free smoothie so I don't have to go in there and make the other one. We told her no and she gave us an attitude, sucked her teeth, and then stormed off.

Slow service ever, private conversation by staff! There was no one waiting besides me, I highly will not return
