This place was open on a Thanksgiving Day which is a huge place and definitely we are grateful we found a place to eat. We've ordered 1/2 bbq chicken, Texas style bbq and pulled pork sandwich. Sandwich was delicious. Chicken was good, I had it with broccoli and mashed potatoes, which were both amazing.We also had Texas BBQ Brisket - it was delicious, yet too much fat. Beans were really good. Service was good. Restaurant is casual style.

Chris was amazing!!!! My group got the shareable platter. It was fantastic. It was pretty empty so it was quick and delicious. The Mac and cheese is fantastic with black pepper, highly recommend. The server also recommended the donuts/ice cream so I'm about to try it now!

The service here is pathetic. Often times there is a 2:1 ratio of staff to diners (for good reason). The food has improved, but the service is nonexistent. Yet 4 other restaurants within a stones throw has excellent service. I blame management for not getting out of her office to train these kids. At least pretend to want to wait on customers even if you are faking it. The food, for what it is gets a 4. The service, on the other hand barely gets a 1. Please get new management.

I rated 4 stars because I had a great experience here with the staff and the food seemed to be a great value, but it is probably realistically a 3.5 star place overall. The expectations are set accordingly, as it's a chain restaurant that leans towards BBQ fare so nothing overly special. There was lots of seating available for a Saturday evening around 9pm and the Televisions appear to be scattered throughout but focused largely around the bar area. We decided to give it another try (hadn't been back in years) after Duffys failed to make a great first impression and we were attempting to watch some college football. The staff went above and beyond to help get the game we wanted to see on the tv closest to us and were pretty attentive and provided great recommendations. They do have late night happy hour specials which we took advantage of and we were impressed with the overall value. We got the pretzel bones, the pulled pork sandwich, boneless wings, skillet nachos, and donuts. I really enjoyed the skillet nachos or mini magnachos, although a little difficult to eat and slightly messy but I thought the flavor was great! I didn't care for the boneless wings, they were just ok and glad I didn't pay complete full price for them... I do highly recommend not passing up their donuts! So yummy! The miss for me: I wasn't crazy about them serving the cheese for the pretzel bones in a plastic container as it seemed to be melting the plastic and obviously introduces micro plastic into the food... I'm not in food service but I'm pretty sure the container used and the temp it was at were not correct..,. Anyway, made me a little uneasy.

what a great experience we had last night!!!our server Naniel was exceptionally attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. He checked on us frequently enough to ensure the drinks kept flowing and our water glasses were refilled.When we shared our wonderful experience with Naniel with the mana, we never thought it could get any better. we were wrong. We received six free donuts with chocolate and strawberry sauce!!! it's a 5 star eatery in our eyes

Beware, the food is not cooked to order!!! Actually, that works out in your favor if you're in a hurry. I was in the mood for Ribs and arrived around 11:30a on Super Bowl Sunday. I ordered a full rack of baby backs with 2 sides and a drink for $19.99. The meal came out quickly and I was outta there by noon!They have other items as well, but this rib special is what Brought me in. It's a Limited Time Offering (LTO) so keep that in mind. Smokey Bones has been off my radar for a while as they have been terrible for dinner. However, they have a kicking' looking late night menu as well as some delicious ribs, so I may venture back more often than not. Maybe the key is going for lunch!!!

The BEST wings! I left a happy customer, my belly was full, and my taste buds thanked me for visiting Smokey Bones for the first time, which definitely won't be my last!We ordered the Monday BOGO special. We asked for 12 traditional wings (well done and crispy) and got an extra 12 for free. Below is what we ordered:- brown sugar (top left)- garlic Parmesan (bottom left)- buffalo medium (top right)- Memphis dry rub with sweet glaze (bottom right)For me, the winner was brown sugar, hands down!We also ordered a bacon cheese burger and added onion Tanglers- delicious!!

July 4th. Did not expect much to be open but they were. We decided instead of cooking we would have BBQ out. Happy we did. They have a new Fire Table Top Mixed Grill. There is an option for 2,3 or 4 people. We chose the 3 as we had 3 people. We could have gotten away with the 2 as there was so much food we ended taking some home. We had the crispiest wings, tender ribs, juicy grilled chicken, sausage, beef, grilled vegetables and crispy potatoes. ( I know the crispy items were deep fried but I chose to be in bliss). Every single item was cook perfectly. Tender, juicy and grilled. It came out on a small grill like a camp fire. Everything was hot and the presentation made us feel like we were glamping. (Yes glamping, camping with a comfortable bed and air condition). All items tasted as they should and different. Chicken like grilled chicken. Steak like steak and the succulent well sauced yumminess RIBS! The sauce they give separate from the bottles on the table was a little peppery and thus had a little bite to it. It was stupendous and wish I had a bottle to take home. The place had a few people about 1/2 full as expected for a holiday. The place was also very clean. With it being a small crowd it was not hard to have a conversation. My only issue was the extremely long time to get service. Very nice professional young lady but it took for ever for food, drinks, doughnuts (OMG Brown sugar warm doughnuts and raspberry sauce to dip them in) and the bill. We just thought it may have been they had a skeleton crew and it was a holiday.
