Sky Candy

Had a very positive experience with Samantha from Sky Candy for my company's sales kickoff hosted at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. She worked with me to find a solution that worked within our budget, and was able to incorporate fun shapes that were on-brand for our company! Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with Sky Candy at the opening of a theatre season in Orlando--not only professional and prompt, but the products were AMAZING! I'm still taking about it with friends!If there's an opportunity for you to grab any of their flavors, grab it! And if there's a chance for you to try cookies and cream...RUN, DON'T WALK! So yummy! Like nothing I've ever had!

I'm having the same issue as the last review. I've emailed 2x and called and left a message and no response and no delivery. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company today. I would never do business with this company again!

I placed an order on 8/10 and have yet to receive the product as of 8/24. I have called and left messages to no avail. NOT HAPPY. If I don't hear something soon I will dispute the charge.

Alright, so the cotton candy is great, but what actually made me want to write this review was their customer service. I ordered the holiday sampler, priority shipping a week before Christmas. When it had not arrived on Christmas Eve, I e-mailed the company, letting them know how disappointed I was that I never received my package, because I planned on bringing it to work for the Christmas. He e-mailed me back and said that according to his records my package was delivered, but he offered to bring another one to my work that day! I really appreciated that he was willing to do this, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I don't know if my package was never delivered, or if someone stole it off my doorstep, but the fact that he was willing to deliver it to me at work on Christmas was wonderful customer service. Great taste, very nice owner, but the shapes requested were not created at all. I was promised photos of these shapes to later incorporate them into my wedding album. After waiting a few weeks, and inquiring about the photos, I was told I had to wait longer. I didn't pursue this any further and decided to continue waiting. I went into my account on Instagram to make sure the spelling of the handle was correct before I sent over some pictures to my venue to have her tagged for her business, and realized she has since blocked me. All in all, my friends and family enjoyed the taste of the cotton candy, but my husband and I were disappointed in how unprofessionally this was handled.

I was a bit hesitant due to reviews.... But I hired sky candy for my sons bar mitzvah. I had the most amazing experience.. she was prompt, very engaging, and funny. The cotton candy was yummy and big hit with both adults and kids. It was such a positive experience.. that I wanted to make sure I gave her a rave review. My experience was a 5 star.

Paid in full and did not show up to our event. The day of she stated she was told she could not attend by the vendor but refused to call or answer the phone to talk through the situation. Very stressful and disappointing situation. Would not recommend.

These guys are truly the absolute best! I've had no issues with any shipment or packing error. If you really want gourmet cotton candy, then SkyCandy is the route to go.

Around the holiday time there was a deal going on and I bought some SkyCandy in bulk. They made for great gifts for friends and family and even better for myself! They are absolutely delicious and there are such great and unique flavors! I know that this has been a new and upcoming business so don't be fooled by the previous reviews. She probably got so overwhelmed with orders that it might have taken a little longer, but IT'S WORTH THE WAIT! it's not everyday you find cotton candy that's beyond your typical circus quality. Truly gourmet and deeelicious!
