Amazing service and atmosphere love how it's all you can eat for a great price. Will definitely come here again at least once a month.

I have reviewed it before and will again. I used to come here a lot and needed a break due to my own financial reasons and my taste buds (i came multiple times a week) Well I am back and it's gotten better. Service is always good but the broth has gotten better! The broth is more flavorful and we enjoy it quite a bit. Owner is always nice and attentive. Will be back a lot again!

Went on a Wednesday, super empty. The food wasn't bad, there's a buffet of hot foods and the regular buffet style for your hotpots and grill. Not bad but nothing exceptional either

The selection of meats and seafood is top notch. There are so many options and being able to pick and choose as you go is a big plus. Their broth choices are good and the curry is super tasty. I highly recommend doing both hotpot and bbq to taste everything. The only downfall is the appetizer bar. It's pretty lackluster and not the best quality. The ambiance feels a bit more like Denny's than kbbq but it is pretty airy to take away from overpowering steam and smoke from the cooking.

This is a solid choice closer to the east side of town. A good choice if hungry but there are better KBBQ/hot pot in Orlando. Meats and hot pot choices were decent- not best quality but good for a buffet. Similar to the average selection you would find anywhere else. One stand out to me was that I really enjoyed the spicy meat as it was flavored differently than other places. I think with Chinese spices? The marinated meats could have had more flavor but were good to dip in our own sauces. The appetizers were lacking. The fried food was all old and stale. The rice was empty twice when I visited the buffet line. They had crab legs but they were so over cooked it was hard to get the meat out. In terms of the hot pot, they had a decent selection of seafood in addition to meats and veggies as well. I actually enjoyed the hot pot more than the bbq. Lastly, the service was great! Our server was on top of things, checking in on us frequently and refilling waters as needed.

Sizzling Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is another new AYCE addition to the Winter Park area. It overs a wide variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and sauce options. The sushi is limited but there's enough items to fill your hungry belly. It's fairly clean and offers booths with built in grills, very similar to all the other AYCE duo restaurants. I ordered the pork bone and beef tallow hot sauce which was very savory once I piled on the sides in there to boil. The meats weren't high quality, the Galbi was cut super thin, but the flavors were above average. I do love that the seafood seamed to be fresh enough, even though some were frozen. The price is a lot more affordable than other AYCE. I'd have to say KPot BBQ & Hot Pot in Altamonte Springs or John Young Pkwy is still by far my favorite spots. However, this would come a close second, especially since it's also closer to me.Maybe I arrived right as they opened but it took at least 15 minutes to get someone at the front desk to seat us. Once the server came, she was extremely pleasant, very helpful and gave excellent customer service. This made the first time experience a good one. If service continues this way, I'd probably return with friends.I recommend this place for those who want a good AYCE without expectations of it having an overwhelming amount of options. It has just the right spread.

Taste: 4/5Value: 5/5Ambiance: 4/5Tasty new buffet style Korean BBQ and Hot Pot spot. Good amount of options for food and staff were all very friendly. Great value, especially if you take advantage of their Groupon. If you go with the hot pot you can choose to have one or two broths, of the three total we tried (miso, tomato, curry) they were all delicious.Only complaint I have is that the precooked options (e.g. mozzarella sticks, crab legs, sushi) seemed like they'd been sitting out too long for my liking, but to be fair we did come at a slow part of the day. Though I did appreciate that these precooked options were covered in the price for the all you can eat Korean bbq and hot pot.

It's decent for only being open a short time, but it has some work to do. Pros:- Staff are super friendly and attentive!- Broths have flavor from the start and there are 11 options - There is a buffet table with hot appetizers. - At least 5 kinds of mushrooms (wood ear, yass)- Super clean and nicely designed/decorated - Spacious tables for parties of 2-4 (there was a party of 6 that looked a bit cramped)- Side room for private parties. - It was very clean and cold stuff was kept very cold. Nothing seemed off or old or dried out/funky. - Dessert options from fruit to individual ice cream cups to cookies/cakes. Now I do have to disclaim that I'm eating Keto so that does color my impression a bit. But here's the not so great observations. - Meats were decent but lots of tough parts, silverskin left on, poorly cut so they don't lay on the grill nicely. Seasoned ones were tasty but very sweet (could just be im not used to a lot of sugar?)- Tiny octopus was very fishy (and if you've read my other reviews you know im a cephalopod aficionado)- Non-meat options were very starch heavy. Lots of nood options if you're in it for the noods, but veggies that I could eat were limited to varietals of cabbage/spinach and mushrooms. No zucchini, no broccoli. - One tiny bucket of kimchi that we didn't even notice until the end because it was shoved off to the side by the fruit.- The appetizer hot bar was lukewarm and it's all frozen to fryer stuff. Great table for picky kids or that one friend who you hate to leave out but has the palate of a 6-year-old (French fries, nuggets, etc)I got a split broth pot with curry and Tom yum which the curry was flavorful but not spicy and the Tom yum was a bit too sour - however, mixed together you get a wonderful spicy and slightly sour but savory curry broth. My dad had the mushroom broth which tasted exactly like the powdered mushroom soup stock you can buy at the Asian markets. All in all, if it weren't for our waitress, Dayeonna, being so sweet and awesome and having broth that actually had flavor, I would've been disappointed. But if they can work on their meat cuts and get a few more veggies out there I might give it another shot.

I really love Hot Pot so I am always up to try any new places that open up. This place is very cute and has a very sleek look to it. Even the Hot Pots are cute. The staff here were very friendly and helpful explaining the menu. They did however tell us that there were no pork free options for broth, that ALL the broths had both chicken and pork broth. Including the Miso which is supposed to be their vegetarian option. This was a bit disappointing since my friend does not eat Pork. They did not charge her for the Hot Pot just the Kbbq but it's a bit misleading. So be wary if you are vegetarian or don't eat pork or chicken. They said it is because the chef is new and just replenishes the soups the easy way. They did not have a big selection of Kbbq meats to grill or a large selection of hot pot ingredients. Just the main staples. Some of the veggies did not look to fresh either. I ordered the Miso Broth and it was delicious. The hot pot lobster balls and dumplings here were good. The hot pot meat rolls were okay. The Kbbq meats were very disappointing. All of them tasted gummy and tough, just a very weird unappetizing texture. None of them had any flavor either.I would not recommend getting the Kbbq at all just strictly come here for the Hot Pot. There are many other places though that have more variety of hot pot ingredients, so I don't think I will be coming back here.

I'm so sorry but we will never go to this place again for Korean bbq. Maybe it would have been better if we did the hot pot but we came for Korean. The meat is horrible. Not quality at all. Nothing tastes authentic and everyone that was suppose to be hot was very cold at the all you can eat bar. The kimchi was horrible and there were no traditional Korean sides. I do not recommend anyone getting the bbq. Stick with the hot pot as that is what I noticed with everyone who came in
