Stayed in the hotel for three nights and ate dinner here two times. I have never had a better meal at a hotel restaraunt not once but twice!First night we had the branzino and chicken with mushroom risotto. The branzino was served perfectly crisp and not greasy at all with a little pesto and frisée on top. The chicken dish had a flavorful Marsala sauce and the mushroom risotto was creamy and cooked perfect. Second night- shared meatball app with polenta (served with 3 large meatballs), the farmers salad(crispy pancetta and a light dressing) and the gnocchi(made well but very small portion). Everything at both meals was delicious and servers were are welcoming, friendly and attentive. Highly recommend trying this restaurant, there were many more menu items I would I like to try.

I was in town and staying at the hotel for a work conference, so Siro was a natural choice for dinner one night! I was able to get a reservation for ten and they were very accommodating and attentive to our larger group, which I was really appreciative of. Service was good, and the restaurant itself is cozy and warm, but quiet enough we could catch up and talk amongst the table without having to speak up. I enjoyed the appetizers our table ordered, and my entree. I opted for the shrimp and lobster pasta, which was rich and creamy with nice flavor. I wish there would have been a few more shrimp included to balance out the richness of the lobster, but overall, it was a great dinner. I'd definitely return if I find myself in the Marriott again.

OK, so I'm gonna start with the Siri farmers chop. I'm gonna be honest. The only reason why I tried it was because someone else's review saying that it was one of the best salads they had so I peaked my interest and I would have one of the best salads I've ever had the red wine so raisins are sweet, which goes really well with the pancetta which is a bit savory the maple vinaigrette it was delicious! Also, the pizza fungi was good. Tell him it's roasted you could tell that it's fire roasted the dough was doughy crunchy. It was not a crunchy crust for $19 though I would have wanted something more? The Gnocchi - was not good at all was the taste was very sour. It was very liquidy had a citrus, strong citrus taste, and there was maybe two pieces of shrimp and Gnocchi. Sadly it wasn't good. Cheese pizza was not a solid crust. It was I guess droopy...

I was here for a convention with my daughter so wanted to eat on site. Although the restaurant is a bit loud it is because it is an open concept with no real walls and situated in a lobby area. I actually liked that I could clearly see it before getting seated. Staff is friendly with reasonable timely service. We shared a salad a believe it was called a "farm salad". Whatever it was called it was one of the most delicious salads I have ever eaten. It had greens and grains and the dressing was silky and flavorful. Last time I was there I had the Margarita pizza which was good but decided to go for it and get the sausage and pepper pizza and it was absolutely amazing! Will def go back at next years convention!

Looking for a nice quiet spot to have a late night drink and a snack, I decided to check out Siro because I figured it would be a good place to have a Negroni. Pleasantly greeted by Ralph who was full of information about the new drinks on the menu and encouraged us to try them, but we knew exactly what we wanted. Not only did they have a Negroni, but a Smoked Negroni so I had to try it. Needing a snack because I never consume alcohol without some food, I decided on the Salumi & Formaggi, you can never go wrong with a meat and cheese plate! The presentation of the Smoked Negroni was cool, loved it, and while I am very picky about my favorite drink, the smoke added a depth of flavor that makes the drink a tad bit sexier! If you are a Negroni lover this one is a must try. The Salumi & Formaggi is nicely plated, and for $10.50 this could be a full meal for 4, so only order if you have several to share and don't plan on eating any food. A sexy drink, salty snack, and great service, I would definitely return to Siro if I am ever staying at this Marriot again. The experience was pleasant and well worth the price point! Enjoy Unnerved Traveler

Very Delicious! Came here with our coworkers after our Trade Show during our downtime. Very nice decor. Large Wine, Beer & Cocktail selections. All perfectly served & delicious. My Moscato was so delightful & smooth. My coworkers cocktails perfectly mixed & presented. The soups & appetizers were so flavorful. Ate them up so fast we didn't take a photo. Bread is not served. If you want some flat bread it's a separate purchase. My filet mignon was perfectly cooked medium as I had requested. It was served on a sizzling plate with an herb butter and crispy mushrooms. I would've preferred crispy onions. Just saying. My fillet was so tender I could've cut it with a spoon. I got an à la cart side of asparagus sprinkled with Parmesan shavings. They were sautéed crisp, tender in a delightful seasoning. Many of my coworkers opted for the short ribs over mashed potato purée and garnished. They said it was fork tender. They had several different desserts. I split the berry Crostada with a coworker. I wasn't overly impressed with it but the chocolate sauce our server recommended we get with it was very good. The vanilla gelato that came with it was delicious. They have many flavors of gelato if you are in the mood just for a dish of this. This establishment is inside the Marriott and is quite popular. If you are staying here it's certainly worth dining here.

Siro has the vibe that is typical of a nice hotel restaurant. Dimmer lighting, a bit trendy, and a mix of booths, tables high tops, and bar seating. I saw that they had mussels on their menu and instantly got a craving, so I knew I had to try them. My server, Erik, agreed it was a good choice, and off he went to place my order. He was extremely polite, and used my name several times which added a personal touch. The mussels were quick to artic with two large pieces of seasoned foccacia. The mussels were great with a tomato herbed garlic sauce that had a bit of a kick, but that foccacia If the entire load were in front of me, I would have no problem eating at least two! For dessert, I ordered the very crostada with ice cream. I opted not to get the chocolate sauce, and that was a mistake because I think it would have really made up for the large amount of dough and lack of berries. The vanilla bean ice cream was good with the bit of berries I did manage to find. There are reservations available, but they're limited, so if you have a group of more than four, it is recommended to schedule a table in advance. Otherwise, they do take walk-ins.

Food was beyond a disappointment. Ordered buratta and heirloom tomatoes (served beets), fettuccine Alfredo that was a smaller serving than the kids meals which I guess was ok as it was inedible, three orders of bolognese pappardelle which was actually rigatoni noodles for $29 each and had no bread, and the only thing that truly was ok was the pizza. I absolutely do not recommend you eat there. Very overpriced for the minuscule serving sizes and the taste of the food was truly disgusting.
