After we ordered and selected a seat they brought our food to us. Normally you have to pick it up

It's a nice touch for the resort. Food is good. Nice selection of cocktails. The bartenders are really friendly and informative about local area. The portions are good size. It your typical bar food when hanging around pool.

My kid liked the crispy chicken sandwich here better then the one she ate at the nearby culver's.Happy hour 4-7 every day. Happy Happy!

Night time server was a pompous ass. No table service so he said tell him the order. We told him as he did not write it down.We paused and he said he got it.Halfway through he had it all messed up and had to do 1 at a time.Double burger was good.The fish tacos were very good! Dont get the guacamole was yuck

The bartenders here have always been friendly and efficient. Guran is very good and has been here during our last 5-6 visits over 4-5 years. The fish tacos are fabulous. My dad enjoyed the coconut shrimp and my son loved the churros.

Great service from Goran the bartender and the manager was very attentive and talked with us for awhile. The pools are nice and maintained and the staff is overall nice. The clientele could be better but at this price it's hard to say no!

I very rarely write a review but when I do it's either for something spectacular or something extremely disappointing. Unfortunately this is one of those disappointing moments. Our bartenders name was Alex and he was, sorry to say, awful. He was extremely rude, careless, and overwhelmed with a whole 10 people at the bar. Another bartender saw us waiting there patiently after we placed our order, asked us what we ordered and made it for us. About 5 mins later we hear our name on the microphone, we head to the bar and inform Alex that the other bartender already gave us our drinks. He begins to give us attitude and yell at us saying we shouldn't have spoken to the other bartender and we were acting like he forgot about us and so on. In retrospect we should have just taken those extra set of drinks but we were trying to be good people. Afterwards we go to close out our table but order one last drink but guess what? He gave us even more attitude. He said, "As long as you don't order the same thing from the other bartender." It's not our fault you (Alex) don't know how to simultaneously take orders and make drinks. But you shouldn't be getting upset at customers for your shortcomings.

Very nice staff. Tasty drinks . Food quality was decent but everything came out greasy. Either over used oil or the fryer wasn't hot enough. Maybe it was a fluke on our day. But it's very convenient for people staying at the Liki Tiki Village.

Was the worst service I have ever seen. Ordered a regular cheeseburger and proceeded to wait an hour for it to not come. I then asked for my money back and was forced to wait another 30 minutes for a $20 dollar bill. Place is equal to hell

Stayed here for a week while visiting Disney. Every bartender we had was great! We would come for drinks at night and had one entire day by the pool. We had a party of 3 kids and they ordered food which was decent enough for us to skip meals at restaurants some nights and just eat here, clean and friendly atmosphere.
