Shake Shack Vineland Pointe

I love Shake Shack and this was one of my go to spots for fast food in Boca. I was in Orlando doing some shopping at Target and thankfully the drive through line was not busy at all. I ordered a single Shack Burger with pickles and ordered the parmesan fries with truffle sauce. I love when the truffle menu is out because I'm a huge truffle person and I think they execute it very well. My order was about $13 and I did have to wait for time. However, the food was fresh. The service was nice, the person who took my order was very friendly and kind. Once I got my food, I was excited to dive in to the fries first. The fries were piping hot and fresh. When dipped into the truffle sauce - I was so happy. The truffle sauce is a black truffle aioli but thicker in texture. It's not a super powerful truffle flavor however it's palatable for the most truffle haters. The single burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and of course tasty with that amazing Shack sauce. The buns were toasted pretty well. Overall, I always enjoy Shake Shack for a premium fast food burger.

Been to a few shake shacks and let me say this is the nicest one I've been to! And the food is always 10/10, the burgers never miss and are so tasty. The staff if super helpful and there if you need guidance. This location does have the touch pads for you to order, now if you don't want to use that someone can take your order for you. You could use the app too if you don't want to wait around. This location has a lot of seating inside and outside! Also this location has a drive thru which is a nice touch.

Looking for something fresh and fairly healthy for burger night, this is a winner. The brand has been around for a while, but this is our first time trying it. The restaurant was clean and the employees were spot on with helping when asked. Lighting and noise inside was as expected. Ordering takes place at the kiosk, which was a little different. All food we ordered was high quality and definitely worth the price. We can always truly tell quality, as this food did not increase my husband's glucose level and he has a real time monitor. We both had a burger and fries and then a milk shake for dessert. All was served fresh and hot. Of course, except the shake which was cold and creamy. We definitely will return.

I went to Shake Shack a few days ago... it was a great experience! The staff was super friendly and brought out the food within a fast period of time, even though it was very busy. They tried to accommodate any preferences we had offered help if needed. The food was for the best part. We ordered two burgers and two cheesy fries, and we could tell that the food was very fresh, tasty, and great quality. Yes this place can be a little pricey, however, it is worth it. The ingredients are fresh and you can notice when eating it. So if you want to treat yourself after going to the outlets and having a fun time, stopping by is a great idea!! (make some space because these will definitely make you full!). Shoutout to Dwayne that was working there and went above and beyond with us!!

We ordered at the kiosk when we got there and didn't expect it to take long for our order to be ready. However, it wasn't until about 20 minutes later that I got a text saying our order was ready and would be out shortly. After about 10 more minutes, I got up to go to the counter and tried to ask for my food but it was almost as if the staff was intentionally avoiding eye contact and didn't want to help. The manager was at the register (with no one in line) and essentially refused to acknowledge me until I stood directly in front of him and, even then, he begrudgingly helped. It's very evident that the employees were not happy to be there (and I don't blame them with a manager who acts like that). By the time we got our food, it wasn't hot anymore. The restaurant wasn't too busy so I don't really understand what the hold up was. The drive thru was also not busy at that time. It's a great location, it's just a shame the service is terrible.

I absolutely love their burgers, they are sooooo tasty! I get the double shack burger, it's incredibly delicious! If calories didn't count lol, I'd be eating two of them because they are so good! Their fries are nice,hot and crunchy with just the right amount of salt! Their dragon fruit pomegranate juice is so tasty as well! Service is quick and ambiance is chill. I recommend this place to all those burger lovers out there!

First time at this establishment or any shake shack at that matter. The establishment has convenient inside and outside seating available, as well as drive through available. It's as simple as walking inside, picking up your order and sitting inside or outside. The food was fresh and hot, I mean what more could you ask for? I also had the pleasure of speaking with Tim the manager who was not only kind but very informative on menu items as it was my first time there. I'll definitely be back as they have some excellent vegetarian items as well.

This location either needs to fire everyone or close the place! These a$$h0le$ don't deliver food that's ever remotely warm. Like ice cold crap that was returned to the location cuz it sat in an Uber Eats piece of driver's car for 30 minutes, cancelled and then just sent after reordered! I have the screenshots but that would give my location away! I have NEVER received a HOT order form this place! 1 mile away from my home but it takes forever to get here?! Don't uber eats or use their app because they send it to the same crap people! I've been AT this location for in dining and it STILL SUCKS! Are you butchering the fu¢king cows in the parking lot? THEY HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO RUN A DECENT FOOD PLACE! It's not that hard to provide GOOD SERVICE!

I wouldn't come back for the burger or fries, maybe the milkshakes. Not a fan of smash burgers and it smelled like canned dog food . The fries needed seasoning or salt.

Just saw a guy handling trash outside with black gloves... this same guy is now serving food with the same gloves! Rude staff. Asked for onions added to my burgers and she said they ran out. You didn't run out of raw onions; you're just being lazy and rude. I ended up getting a refund and leaving.
