Shake Shack Florida Mall

Pretty good for a stereotypical burger joint! The burgers were classic thin patties, they came out hot and with all the toppings. We ordered two double cheeseburgers, one regular fry and two small soft drinks; our total was $30 before tip. My only grievance is the self-service ordering kiosks... I wish we could order through a staff member. But the staff were very attentive, cleared our plates and asked us if we needed refills.

The lemonade was super refreshing the tart of lemonade and sweetness of the strawberry was a great combination. The service was quick even when it was busy. The atmosphere was super chill. The burger was juicy and the crunch of onions was delicious and the truffle sauce was delish.

While wandering around the Florida Mall at lunchtime, I headed over to their food court area to find throngs of people crowded around every eatery and nary a table available. The area was so hot and stinky-sweaty I had to get out of there! Still hungry, I saw Shake Shack in a separate corridor and decided that was the place for me.I ordered at a kiosk. A Shackburger with fries and, because it was so hot and humid and my body was craving it, a gigantic bottle of water (rather than my usual milkshake). Do Floridians really get used to this heat and humidity?I took a seat in the dining area and my food was soon brought to my table. Both burger and fries were very good and I sucked down that entire bottle of water by the time I finished eating. If you happen to be at this enormous mall and don't feel like fighting mobs of people when hunger hits, check one of those mall maps to find Shake Shack and enjoy a great burger.

When most people think of shake shack they don't think of a hot dog, and that is exactly why I decided this time I was going to get one. Wasn't sure what to expect, and I didn't know anyone who had had one before, so that made the investigation even more interesting to me. Now I am by no means a hot dog connoisseur, but I'd like to think that I have had enough in my life to be at a provide a rounded and balanced review. As a cheaper item on the menu, I was certainly interested in trying this out, and I'll tell you what, I was not disappointed. If You're expecting The classic hot dog taste, then you'll be in for a shock, because this is a high quality dog and uses a lot nicer meat than a regular hot dog. The bun was just one top of a burger bun, folded in a way to make it look like a hot bun. Pleasantly surprised with how nice this tasted and will certainly be adding it to my shake shack repertoire. With the addition of the barbecue and cheese sauces that I had on the side, I managed to make this an even nicer option. So if you're looking for something at shake shack that isn't a burger and isn't the chicken, then look no further than the hot dog. Moving on to one of the new items on the menu, let's talk about the barbecue fries; Now I'm a big fan of the fries from shake shack anyway, I've always been about the crinkle cut, but with the barbecue seasoning on it, it knocked it up to another level. With the addition of the cheese sauce to dip it in on the side, this meant that my fries were not soggy and have the perfect amount of sauce per fry. I hope this item stays on the menu and is not just seasonal because this was a fantastic addition to my meal. The price is a little higher than some of the competitors but the quality is certainly there, hence the four star review.

Kaelan manager was amazing!!! Super impressed by how he runs things at the shake shack in Orlando international mall. He was quick getting orders out running the kitchen, talking to guest and helping us with a couple issues with our order and he made sure everything was right. Honestly he made it a way better experience. The shroom burger is so good and I'm not a fan of mushrooms but this is fried and stuffed with cheese..WOW it's delicious. The nuggets are tender and they have some good sauces. The milkshakes are pretty yummy.

The burgers here are pretty good however they're a bit small. I had the single shack burger and I had to get a second one to fill me up! The fries are great however and there's a lot of different food options to pick from.

I had a horrible experience at this location, I arrived at 8:20pm , store closes at 8:30 however there are no signs stating that. Placed my order specifically asked for no bacon, no pickles and to add tomatoes. When receiving my order it had bacon, pickles and no tomatoes. Upon approaching the counter I advised the workers the order was incorrect. One of them said " WHAT HAPPEN? " ... I let them know, I am allergic to bacon and their response was "WE'RE CLOSED" ... no apologies or anything. Instead they called another worker, he asked me what happen I let him know the situation again no apologies, he just says oh I'll get a manage. The manager comes rushing from the back all upset, clicks on the register and says $10 going back on your card. Again where's the customer service ?Never coming to this location. Advised corporate as well. Sometimes you want to show people grace but they are so rude.

This was really good! My favorite thing was the cheese fries. Nice and crispy with cheese on top. I paid around $12 for a burger and fries which is decent. The burger had buttery bread, cheese, lettuce and tomato. It's a nice treat to have when visiting the mall compared to all of the other expensive restaurants there.

A good experience at this location. There's much there's not any interaction with associates, which is kind of unusual but that's the sign of the times after Covid. Everything is no contact you order at the four computers at the front versus in person with a cashier. The orders are always perfect because it's what you put in. Today, the gluten-free burger as well as the smoke shack that I ordered were quite tasty.

Stopped in for a bite yesterday after some shopping. The restaurant wasn't very busy when I placed my order, but the food took a very long time. People who ordered after us were receiving their food so we went to go see what the hold up was, and they acted like we didn't even place an order. We luckily had the text confirmation and eventually got our food. I'm guessing it was a system error from ordering kiosk, but they didn't offer an apology or anything for the hassle. The Korean bbq burger had a very good flavor, the green onions really did set it off. The cheeseburger was good, just tasted like any other cheese burger. The cheese and bacon fries also were good but nothing crazy. The sunset lemonade was pretty good too, it's a strawberry lemonade. The noise level was moderate and they did have tvs on. Overall it's an ok place to stop at for a quick bite, but I think it's a little pricey for what it is coupled with the below average service.
