Nice location has outdoor seating and indoor options. A lot of parking available . Good option for meeting friends.

I always get the same order every time I come to shake shack which is a shack burger and the spicy cheese fries. It's honestly quality and fresh food every time I eat there. The food is flavorful and I never get tired of it. The service is usually pretty timely when you do curbside, which is what I mainly do. But doing a pickup order inside took much longer. Nobody really asks you if you need anything but that's fine because there isn't many employees and it's a busy location so I don't hold it against them. The ambiance is relaxed, nothing too crazy. Your typical burger spot. They transitioned over to self ordering on some tablets which I prefer but you still have the option to order with someone at the cash register. I'll probably come back and do curbside. If you've never had the fries I recommend them! One thing I really miss is the strawberry lemonade. It was a painful realization to see it not on the menu anymore :( The harvest lemonade was okay, I didn't care for it. Bring back the strawberry lemonade it was so good! :'(((

You can't go wrong with a shake shack burger. I enjoy going to shake shack since their burgers are always up to par Everytime I do order. I've been to this location many time and it has always been consistent. It is pretty expensive for what you get, but worth it. Their bacon cheese fries are good as well. I enjoy their seasonal flavored drinks they offer.

Hey Shake Shack...what happened?First of all, I want to make clear that I have always enjoyed their food. It is always delicious prepared with fresh ingredients. BUT...I don't think I will be ordering food from them anymore. The reason? The size on their burgers has shrunk to an almost slider size. In my opinion $11.39 is way too much for the portion size. So...sadly, I will have to find other alternatives. Don't believe me? Look at the pics attached. And no, I am not a tall man with huge hands!

I came for the hot ones burger after spending far too much money at ikea (you know how it goes). I've been to other shake shacks before and it's always been mid so I walked in with average expectations. First, dine in when possible. The staff here was so courteous and the food came out fresh and hot. Second, order the bacon cheese fries. Be indulgent, it's okay. The hot ones burger slapped (limited time only though) and we also got the mushroom and burger stack that also came with cheese? That should be in your regular rotation here if you visit. Also got the regular fries (so crispy for crinkle cut!) and the tiramisu shake (also seasonal) but was happy with the taste and consistency. Overall, it completely changed my outlook on shake shack. If I want a bit more of an elevated burger experience from McD's or Steak 'n Shake, I'm willing to come to this location.

Excellent location and great experience today. I had my normal smoke shack double and. my wife had the gluten-free hamburger. Also the fries were amazing. Both hamburgers were extremely fresh and delicious. We did notice that this restaurant and all guest areas are extremely clean with a high attention to the details cleanliness. This has got to be difficult as there is a huge amount of activity as well as lots of children. We saw an associate cleaning at the peak demand was hitting. The food came out pretty quickly in any associate we spoke with was friendly and accommodating. The music was also at a moderate to minor level which is more enjoyable. We would recommend ordering your food 'to go' even though you may eat in at the restaurant just to be on the cautious side as patrons tend to cluster right where the food is being served up. I'm almost sure that this is the only other location in Orlando besides the one on I-Drive. This location is usually decently busy so do be prepared to wait in a little bit of a line and wait also for your food (But I do think this location is a little less busy than I Drive). I'm always willing to wait for Shake Shack honestly, the outcome of the food is always so worth it! Burgers always taste freshly cooked with perfectly melted cheese and nice fresh toppings. I love the Shack Sauce that comes in the burger, I always ask for extra on the side for my fries. If you're willing to try something a little different than your normal cheeseburger, definitely try the smoke shack burger. The cherry peppers in it are a wonderful addition. Their dogs and chicken bites are awesome too. I also love their house BBQ sauce!! Try them with the fries or chicken! Fries are also wonderfully crisp and fresh. Only reason I don't give 5 stars for this awesome restaurant is because it's not exactly kept up to clean standard and they let dirty tables sit for a long time, some with plates and drinks still on it, when there's tons of people in line needing a place to sit.. and the staff isn't very friendly or personable. Aside from that, overall lovely food but the service/staff needs a little work.. We heard audible complaining about specific customers from the employees and that wasn't very professional with lots of guests in front of them.

The place is named shake shack and they only had 1 kind of shake available..Chocolate. Not even the featured seasonal flavors.

Why is Shake Shack ssoooooo slow? It's painful. Food was great once we finally got it. Received a text "your food is ready". 5 minutes later still no food so I went to ask. No one even acknowledged me for a few minutes. Then said it will be ready soon. I could see our order just sitting there getting cold. They finally got the last thing. I ordered two shakes and two burgers. Every location is slow but this was the worst.
