One of our favorite places for Valentine's Day or a nice evening out. Location is wonderful as it's so close to home and there is so much to do around the restaurant. Food is superb and drinks, well delicious and beautiful ! I love the variety of wine and spirits and try to choose a new drink each time. The Japanese old fashion is a must though. The ambiance is beautiful, I cannot stop wanting to purchase half of the decor inside from the cool bar area chairs to the lamps ! It's truly amazing.Service is 5 stars! Tyler is one of our favorite servers. She is so personable and always has a good time with our little one. I really love this location over the sandlake one but they both are very good.

Seito is consistently amazing! I've gone for drop ins and I've also done reservations and never have to wait too long to be seated and they're never behind on reservations. The food is so amazing. Top quality. I tried wagyu tartare for the first time here and I was blown away and immediately hooked. The service is always up to par with attentive and knowledgeable staff who answer all my questions. The decor is cozy and welcoming. One of my fave places.

I stopped by Seito Sushi for happy hour, and it was such a great experience! I started with the Sake Punch, which was fantastic--smooth and refreshing, but it definitely snuck up on me. I also enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine to round out the drinks.For food, I ordered the pork dumplings, which were absolutely delicious. I'm a big fan of their dumplings, and they didn't disappoint. Everything came out quickly, and the flavors were on point.The atmosphere was lively and busy for a Thursday night, but it didn't take away from the experience--I still had a great time. Overall, I spent about $30, which felt reasonable for the quality and ambiance. I'll definitely be back for another happy hour!

Beautiful restaurant. Food was creative and delicious. Loved each dish as it arrived. Craft cocktails were great. My favorites were the oysters and the miso crab bisque. We had 3 rolls that were unusual and enticing...great texture & flavor pairing. Wish I had my camera out when they uncovered the smoked sushi. The grilled octopus was tender & tasty. Our vegan had multiple options that she loved!

Love their nigiri set! Their drinks are also very good. They fall more on the sweet side rather than strong with liquor. This place is very cute and low lighting. Perfect for a date night. Everything was fresh and the waitress and staff were nice.

Sushi was great here! Its a bit pricey, but you can tell the difference from lower quality sushi. i had the spicy tuna speciality role, which was $20! I throughly enjoyed it though. They make probably the best Wasabi I have ever had, most likely because they actually make it fresh. It was super spicy!! Overall, I loved the sushi here and will come back soon!!

The elegance of Seito is felt from the moment you walk through the door and through the duration of the meal. There is a nice warmth in the lighting and furnishings. Great date night spot but also perfect for family and friends. Plus, the service is top tier. Our waitress was helpful in our menu selection process and was very attentive. We decided to share the arancini to start which was made with a katsu risotto. It was served with Japanese curry, Parmesan, and creme fraîche. Excellent variety of flavors in such a small bite. I definitely recommend sharing this plate around your table. It's a perfect appetizer portion. As the maki rolls were all so appealing it was difficult to narrow down our choices so we landed on three options. We did Beauty and the Beast, Rainbow, and Ultimate Spicy Tuna. All three knocked it completely out of the park! I'm hard pressed to pick a favorite as they were all unique. The spicy tuna is of course a classic! We loved that one. The rainbow roll had bright citrus flavor which really complemented the array of fish, and the B& TB roll was crispy and a nice counter to the raw options. Genuinely loved them all. We cleared the platter with ease! But, the sizes were ample. Each roll contained 8 bites but they were generously packed. We weren't planning a dessert, but when we saw pumpkin tempura we were sold! I'm so glad we didn't skip because that dessert had so much flavor. It was divine! It felt light and rich at the same time. As this item is seasonal, don't pass it up if you find yourself here during the fall season. Seito is officially added to my regular roster!

Came here for magical dining, but ended up ordering rolls and appetizers instead. Honestly, that was a better call in my opinion.The amount of food was filling enough for my guest and I.Over the years I've seen Seito transform from a nice sushi restaurant to an upscale establishment.A place I used to order from in "street clothes" now requires a reservation and formal attire.Still good food though!The sushi rolls we got were very flavorful and worth the price.Definitely a nice place for a girls night out!

This restaurant has such a vibe. Very sexy, cool. Perfect for a date night, special occasion or when you need to impress someone. Our server was great - knew the menu, gave great advice and was attentive. We loved our app and soup (spicy tuna crispy rice and truffle miso). Our rolls were good, but not great. Nothing was wrong with them, at all, they just weren't incredible memorable or something that would bring me back. I will be back to continue trying items on the menu though!

What can I say about this restaurant!After trying a place across the street, and not enjoying the appetizers or the drinks, we called Seito and asked if they could get us in so that we could eat a good meal. They were happy to do so and seated us at the bar since they were extremely busy we had drinks, some great appetizers, but the but the sushi meal was phenomenal! The texture, the taste, the service even the price was great well worth every cent! This is the second time we've been there. We will be back again!
