Sebastian Cafe Restaurant

Longevity does not mean consistency. This restaurant has been opened for such a long time. 22 years. And things have changed drastically since then. First couple of years the food was by far, the best in this side of Kissimmee. I remember lines out the door trying to get a table. And sold food before night time arrived. This is long overdue. The food still their main attraction. Unfortunately most of the other things have faded away. Customer service it's one of them. Not only serving or bringing the food. But actually the way they treat and care for customers. My experience was dreadful. Food was ok. And the bill almost made me cry. Went with family, and we were offer the daily specials. This are meal items below the 12$ trash-hold and well served. The server gave us 4 choices. We choose the fish. When they brought it I was so surprised. Because it was so much food!! It was fried fish. "Mojarra" and it was somewhat oily. Same for the rice. We ate. Was pleased. When the bill arrives. The fish it's 20$. What??? What happened with the special!? Apparently she was going over some popular menu items. And made fun of me for not knowing the mojarra would be more than 12$. This was the last time we were here. Such a shame that mishandling an opportunity for growth can cause your customer to drive away. I really can't expect much from them. This is the worst Breaded Steak I've had. You want flavor? You won't get it from this place. The breading of the steak is bland, no salt, no spices... in other words, it has absolutely no flavor. Also, French fries arrived soggy and has no salt either. Such a shame, everything's so tasteless

This place has okay food but honestly has the worse customer service ever. We used to be regulars there until we had one order the meat come out super hard and we complained. We were basically accused of trying to scam them out of food among other things even though we brought the food back as proof we didn't eat it and had spent like $30 plus there that very day.

BIG !! Worst food we've thrown out $$ away on in quite some time. I ordered 3 empanadas & a beef quesadilla. The quesadilla wasn't cut they just slapped it on the plate. The quesadilla was so soggy that it couldn't be picked up without falling apart. I could only stomach 1/2 of it, threw the other 1/2 away. The empanadas were as hard as a rock that if you threw them they could be used as weapons. They look like they had been fried earlier in the day & sat for a couple hours & they threw them in the oil again to reheat them. Trashed those as well. When my husband told the waitress about the empanadas she said " that's how they are, have you ever eaten here before?" Seriously? Poor service as well, the waitress never once came to check if everything was ok or if we needed more drinks. Will NEVER give this "restaurant " another dime of our $$

I used to work in Orlando about 10 years ago and we used to come here very often. Coming back now, it's still just as good - and the kitchen is spotless! Coming from a restaurant background I can tell you that it's no easy task keeping the place this clean, especially after a decade. Incredible home made style food.. Many people on here complain about the prices - but the lunch specials are great and like everything in life, you get what you pay for.

Food is good, but expensive. $20 for Entraña. $2.50 for an additional fried egg. $3.00 for a side of avocado...expensive for a hole in the wall! Red beans were hard, pan de Bono was microwaved and cafe con leche was cold.

Rude !!! I tried to call to see until what time they serve breakfast but they just said hello and when I started talking they just hang up ?!?! And no it's not the connection because I tried to call again, it rang and after they finally picked up all they did is put it down without saying hello ? I could head ppl in the background so yes,they're clearly just being rude!

The menu has a large selections of Latin foods from Columbia and Central America. The food is made fresh to order. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I had the Mofongo with pork chops. The portions are plentiful. Please bring your unlimited credit card or about $70 for a party of 3, which includes a tip. Expect to spend about $20 per entree, which includes 1 drink. We arrived around 1 pm, and the restaurant was empty. This is my 7th time coming to the restaurant, because this is my oldest cousin favorite Spanish food establishment.

The steak was hard but delicious. The beans is to die for! The server was super nice. Has a lot of good choices to pick from.

The food is okay but the customer service is worse. The waitress barely said a few words to us but was able to gossip with the other waitress whenever she wasn't attending us. The food is too expensive for what it is you can get better food for half the price at Unidos down the road.
