This little market is located inside of the Hilton Hotel. I tend to pop in here a few times during an annual conference that I attend and I find it to be a-ok suitable for my short time at the Hilton. They have a decent variety of items to choose from including fancy coffee, ice cream, liquor and other beverages, bakery, snacks and chips, a sandwich shop and touristy items. Last year I recall ordering a double bacon cheeseburger burger from the sandwich area and a coffee. This year, I only stopped in for coffee on 2 different days. On the last visit I ended up with 4 expresso shots and heavy cream. In all experiences, those working were polite, helpful and cordial regardless of how busy or how slow it was in the store. The prices are about comparable to what you'd expect at a hotel convenience store. Yes, it is expensive.Overall, it's a quick and easy place to pick up something if you don't have a car or the time or desire to walk to the nearby gas station, restaurant or popular fast food burger establishment.

Could not decide on what to eat at this time of the evening so; one of the staff suggested the lemon sorbet.Wow! Light, tart and not too sweet! The menu is varied so, there is something for everyone here. Getting in and out is easy and there are pay kiosks throughout the place. It is not too loud and you can browse this setup before making up your mind. It is clean with wide windows and there are places to sit.A very nice setup in a very nice hotel venue.Oh, did I mention that they are open late? Oh yes!

The Scratch Market is located inside the Hilton. The only pro is that it's open 24 hours and they have a variety of items and it's quick. The stuff you order at the counter to be "made" is foul. We ordered chicken tenders for $12 and it was three, small and dry chicken pieces. It was nasty I couldn't eat it. The sauce they gave you is the same sauce that is served in Florida school lunches. The pizza we ordered was also $16 and small and didn't taste good. I felt sickly after. Overall, a waste of $32+ dollars. It's better to drive elsewhere for a meal if staying here.

BOMB I mean BOMB French toast sticks. I loved them so much i got them for breakfast both days I was there. The white mocha was also really good but the gelato was pretty forgettable.

Overall there is a wide selection of items in this little hotel store but prepare to have your wallet emptied. Nothing is price marked on the shelves. Now they do have prices listed for sandwiches, coffees, gelato and some other items but you are paying some really inflated prices for them. I ordered two Cuban Sandwiches (which were terrible, half melted cheese over semi warm ham and dried up pulled meat that I assume was supposed to be pork), two watery hot chocolates and two chocolate croissants and it came to over $50.

It's convenient to have a spot open 24 hours. That's the only positive. The breakfast sandwiches were premade and it's hit or miss if they are good. The last day it felt like the croissant sandwich had been sitting there for hours. Very tough and not warm. Very thin egg and even thinner Canadian bacon. If you have an area that takes orders, you should allow the guest to order the sandwich and wait for it. Then the people that want grab & go would also have the option of taking the sandwich that has been sitting for hours. For the amount they charge for the sandwich, it should be made to order.

The most amazing thing about this place is the name. It's literally called scratch market but when you order they pop open a frozen pizza or burger and put it in a toaster oven. Little food spot in the Marriott, nothing scratch made about it. Way overpriced for frozen food but it was kind of tasty. It's ok if you don't want to leave the hotel.
