What a fun dining experience! We booked this restaurant purely for the theming and vibe, but were pleasantly surprised by the food as well. The main dining room is built to look like a drive-in theater, complete with tables shaped like cars. The atmosphere was surprisingly quiet, which was a nice break from the park noise outside. We ended up ordering two of their burgers:- The BBQ Burger - We both enjoyed this one more!- The Beamed Up Burger Both burgers were pretty hefty and we left very full. I also appreciated how the staff was also in character, dropping off our "parking violation" at the end of the meal haha. Definitely worth visiting once!

(Overall: F) - The premise of this diner is a draw as it recreates the historic American dine-in theater culture; however, the execution was just rather poor. We started off waiting over 30 minutes from when we checked in on the app to get seated, which speaks to the poor management of the reservation times. We were seated inside a car booth, which was quite pretty to observe from a distance, but uncomfortable to dine in as the leg space reminds me of middle seat Basic Economy on a budget airline; the construction of cars are also questionable as there are other diners sitting RIGHT in front or behind you, in a 2 x 3 configuration, so there is not much privacy. Finally, the food looked bad and tasted even worse. Avoid. (Citrus Chicken Salad: F) - Usually, I like Asian Chicken Salads, but oh man this was such a disaster. First, I'm quite confident they forgot to dress my salad as the greens were dry and lacking any taste until I asked for another side of dressing, in which I was able to feel the viscosity of the sauce, but still barely taste it as it was saline backward. The chicken was chopped so ungracefully that the average kid at Disney World could probably do better, not to mention it was also dry. I understand that ordering a salad at a burger specialty place may not be the best of ideas, but I really did not want to eat a burger and making a salad is such an elementary task I don't know how it could be prepared this poorly.Food: -2Presentation: -1Price: EAtmosphere: EService: -1 Menu: EOverall: 1 starInsta/Yelp/Beli/TikTok: @amei_eats

This place is cool! I loved the dark theater-like atmosphere, down to the stars in the sky. We had a reservation and still waited 45 min for our table and couldn't do much because we had to be ready when the table was. Ate a HUGE part of our park day. We were a group of two, so sat behind another couple. We could hear everything they were saying and were practically munching on their hair. Would have been cool to have a full car. I got a vegan and gf burger and it was great! They accommodate gluten allergies well here. The fries however were hard as a rock. I also got a sundae and it was good. Watching the clips in AC was a nice break from the park, and I would go again just for the rest. But the food and the wait were pretty eh.

Something that has been on the Disney list for quite some time has finally been crossed off and I must say it definitely had a vibe!So we snagged a reservation and coming here was just that easy as you enter a building that looks like a studio with a whole backstage set inside once your seated you make it to your car and your in a huge sea of these car tables all facing towards a screen that's playing a variety of different old time short films and other random things making for a totally interesting experience. So your seated in a car with three rows all facing forward so if you have a big group this might be a problem as it's better just as a party of two that way your sitting together and can communicate a bit better!Of all the options mostly all burgers I went with The Beamed-Up burger it was good the burger had a good cook on the meat and it overall was a good burger not my favorite one I've had at Disney but it's definitely up there for being better.Pretty much it's a really simple menu here it feels like it's more for the experience so that's what we mostly enjoyed.Overall burgers in the car in the building that's in the park with the big screen just grab a burger and enjoy the show!

This is my third time dining here and the service never disappoints. I know you're at Disney so service expectations are high but I'm always satisfied leaving here. I got a chocolate milkshake- somewhat regret nothing wrong with it but thought it was a little much with the burger I ordered. I think I would make a reservation here again and just do a milkshake and maybe an appetizer. I also ordered a size of onion rings- I am not an onion gal at all but woooooow. I have craved them ever since I've left. So yummy. The burger is good as well!

This is a pretty cool concept for a restaurant - it's basically modeled to be a Drive-In Movie Theatre with the cars, movie on screen and the night sky in the background. This is located in Disney World's Hollywood Studios theme park. This is a full service restaurant where you're sitting at tables that are made to be cars, and you can watch a movie on screen while you eat. I tried the Prime Rib sandwich and the BBQ Burger from here - both were very good meals that come with fries/or onion rings. Food can take a while when they're busy, but overall it's a fun place to have a sit down meal at the park.

It was a fun dining experience. It felt kind of cozy in the back seat of the car with my hubby. The tables were dimly lit. Just enough so that you can somewhat see the food in front of you. Not great for taking pictures. I had to lighten them up a little, but you can kind of see how it all works. We decided to split an appetizer of onion rings. It was a great choice. It comes with 2 dipping sauces (ranch dressing was one of them). There were cartoons on the movie screen during this time. Our burger arrived just before the B-movie trailers of "Attack of the 50 Foot Woman" and "The Amazing Colossal Man." I hadn't seen these movies since I was a kid watching Creature Feature Double Feature. It brought back fun memories. We didn't realize that the burgers already come with fries. It's on the menu, but we just didn't see it. The burger was cooked exactly the way we wanted it. Thankfully we split the burger because it would have been too much for me. It was actually pretty good. It was the Feature Burger of the day. This one was a cross between a Reuben Sandwich and a burger (without the kraut). It was tasty. The fries were just fries. Nothing remarkable. The service was great. He brought out 2 plates automatically so that we could split our burger & fries. Our order arrived rather quickly. It was an enjoyable lunch experience at Disney's Hollywood Studios Theme Park. It's a one-time experience for us. We want to try other lunch options (like the ABC Commissary) whenever we return to the park. It's great to have unique dining options like this.

Amazing food and quick service. The seating isn't the best as if you're not the front of the car you're pretty close to the people in front of you but it's great for some air conditioning, alcohol and sweets.

Overall a very underwhelming experience... we mainly made the reservation to reserve priority seating for Fantasmic, which our server gave us passes for. We had made reservations, but still had to wait about 20 min past our reservation time to be seated. I wanted to enjoy the ambiance and theming more, but not being able to converse with the rest of your party at all - or even the person right next to you - is strange. If you have an odd number in your party it's even more awkward because someone has to sit alone. The film reel that was looping wasn't particularly interesting to me, I stopped watching after the first loop. Our food also took a long time to come out, and our server was nowhere to be seen. The food itself is very mediocre... the burgers are fine but not ones that I would pay $20+ for if we didn't have the dining plan. Also, my brother wanted a milkshake, but was told that milkshakes were considered desserts for the dining plan and not drinks which was strange. The desserts were our least favorite of the trip, everything was super sweet. You might enjoy dining here more if you enjoy the retro/nostalgic theming, but the food and the awkward seating puts this at the bottom of the list for me.

The only negative to this place was the wait. We had a reservation but when we arrived, they told us they were running extremely behind, at least 20 minutes. Since they'll text when the table is ready, this wasn't a real problem for us, as we could wander around the park a bit. But the host had spoken a little strangely and I worried he would forget to text us. I worried needlessly. It did take a while but eventually they texted us. Entering the restaurant really feels like stepping outside and backwards in time. The place is dimly lit, with ceilings that look like the night sky. The tables all look like 1950s cars. Our "car" seated three pairs, and we were all seated at the same time. We got the back row which was fun to be able to see people sitting ahead of us like in a car. Instead of facing each other, we sat next to each other, facing forward towards a huge screen showing black and white sci fi movies from the 50s while 50s music played in the background. Our server came quickly and was the best server we had in disneyworld. I believe her name was Luisa and she was so personable. She saw it was our anniversary and mentioned she and her husband were celebrating theirs this month too. It was fun to have a little connection like that. The food came insanely quickly. I figured the food would be cheap quality but was surprised how good the pasta dish was. Veggies tasted fresh and cooked nicely and the pasta still had a nice chew. Unfortunately, it's getting taken off the menu soon. My husband had a chicken sandwich which he liked, and he shared his fries which were crispy on the edges and nicely salted. I'd definitely consider getting them. It seems that they like to seat the whole car together but the other four people ate very quickly and we eat slowly so we worried we were causing a problem. Luisa assured us that she enjoyed having us and we should not feel rushed. I was thrilled to finally see fresh fruit on a menu so ordered the fruit cup and the hot fudge sundae for dessert. Luisa gave us both desserts free for our anniversary! We were overwhelmed by how magical that was. She said it's something she loves about being a cast member at Disney - that they're allowed to make that magic happen for people. And she seemed truly as happy knowing giving us this as we were in receiving it. The hot fudge sundae was everything you'd want in a sundae. The hot fudge was perfectly drizzled throughout so there was never a glut of too much nor any point where it was missing. The ice cream was not French vanilla (I don't like French vanilla) and was refreshing without being too overly creamy. I highly recommend this one of a kind experience. Just be prepared that there might be a long wait. It's well worth it.
