A pretty ok place to get a cup of jo' in the morning when you rush out of your hotel to take advantage of an early admission. Pastries were fresh and tasted good. The coffee was good as well and hit the spot to get the morning started. When we arrived, there was no line and the counter help was available so that's a plus. Seating outside was at metal tables and chairs overlooking the old Jaws shark and the water on one side and the main drag through the attractions on the other. All in all, a fair and good value for a break from the fun and a chance to settle down and enjoy the day.

This is another quick bite location but with shades table outside. There's also 2 freestyle machine right next by it.This place is good for either dessert like cakes or pastry or for a sandwich. There's multiple type of sandwich and grilled cheese. There's also same salads that you can take and even soup.I tried the devils food cake which is a chocolate cake. It was light but chocolate enough for the scorching July heat. I normally prefer my cake denser and heavier on the chocolate side but for a theme park offering and light snack, it fill it properly. My girlfriend tried on of the sandwich that came with a side of potato salad and fresh fruits. Everything was very good and fresh.Service is fast and done with a smile. I side as AC blasting off also. It seems to be a hidden gems cause ei never saw any line here.

Okay, I was shocked that this place actually serves some really yummy, high quality sandwiches! At theme parks, you just never know what to expect with the food, and most of it just isn't that stunning. But I got the turkey sandwich here for lunch one day, and I enjoyed it so much I went back the very next day and had it again. It was absolutely fantastic! And they serve fresh fruit with it (I wouldn't get the potato salad, just trust me on this) so that's an added bonus, and it's overall a semblance of a decently healthy meal! The desserts I'd be a little more picky on. Most are mass processed so they don't have that homemade charm and they usually aren't super fresh because they sit in that display case all day. I got the pumpkin pastry and that was not very good, way too pumpkin-y and it just did not taste good. The chocolate chip cookie, on the other hand, was soft and moist and just lovely, so I would recommend that. When there gets to be a line here, you may end up waiting quite a while because they do make the real food fresh and there are only like 2-3 workers which is just not enough for the stream of people that come through. Also a side note for anyone that might not know: San Francisco Pastry Company is located inside Universal Studios Theme Park, close to the Fast & Furious gift shop and the candy store. But all in all, if you want a kind of 'good for you' meal get one of their sandwiches here!!

I was craving some cheesecake while wandering Universal Studios and decided to grab a slice at the San Francisco Pastry Company. I got the Blueberry Cheesecake and thought that it was a standard cheesecake with a simple blueberry topping. The presentation was a bit messy and not very photogenic, but it did hit the spot taste wise. I don't think I would grab a dessert here again since it was nothing worth raving about. The order and service was a simple counter that was straightforward and no-frills. Overall, it's good if you want a quick grab-n-go without much wait or just don't want to deal with busier places within the park.

The log was no cherry flavored at all and a strange texture. The coffee was good. The barista was able to add ice for me so it wouldn't be so hot for me. There were so many amazing looking baked goods here.

First off, we arrived at 8 pm on a night when the park closed at 9 pm. There was trash strewn on the floor directly in front of the cash register. The cashier had her mask pulled down below her chin and the overall atmosphere was in disarray. But I decided to order a cappuccino anyway. I was told they did not have cappuccino's, only lattes that evening. They're the same drink, cappuccino has more coffee than cream, latte has more cream than coffee. Against my better judgment, I let them make me a latte. What I was served was a large cup of frothed milk. Even after dumping some of it out and giving it a good stir, there wasn't even a hint of coffee in the drink. Universal isn't know for decent food in their parks, but if you're looking for coffee, this is not the place. Starbucks has a shop about 100 yards away, go there instead.

Quick service reasonable prices, solidly good food. We had their breakfast croissants, which were served with passable seasonal fruit and they made mine without meat upon request. We came back for lunch and I had a delicious tofu noodle salad, very flavorful, and despite it being premade the tofu was still tasty (though I definitely prefer when fried tofu is served hot, I did know the salad was cold when I got it, just looked so fresh and good, no regrets!!). I wish they had more seating.

There was a hair in my sandwich and once I confronted the workers about it, the manager came up to me and my father with an attitude as if we're the one's in the wrong. Then she gave us a $14 refund for a $17 sandwich that she claimed was because the extra $3 was for a soup which I later found out never even came with the meal in the first place. Mind you this is after we waiting 20+ minutes for our food while multiple families ordered and received their food. Don't come here.

It was a long walk from where my need forCoffee started but the coffee was good, they had seating available, the pastries were great. With that said, I never have high expectations inside Universal Studios park for dining, especially during the mayhem that is Spring Break, but this did its job and we moved on to the rest of our day.
