Saltgrass Steak House

Came this evening around 7:30ish with my wife and 7 year old son. Had to wait abit because it was a Saturday evening when usually everyone goes out. So that was expected. The inside of the restaurant looked very clean and modern with that cowboy like atmosphere.When we were seated, we had a waitress come to us promptly and she was very nice and friendy. We immediately ordered some drinks and an appetizer and our son's chicken tender kids meal. The drinks beer, lemonade, and margarita. My wife LOVED the margaritas btw ! We tried the queso fresco with Brisket. It was a hot cheese dip with brisket pieces and pico with corn chips. We all thought it was a great tasting dip. When our waitress returned with our son's kids meal, we then placed our order for our 2 meal choices. I orders a New York strip with a loaded baked potato and my wife ordered a chicken tender meal with smoked Mac and cheese. Our meals came promptly and my steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great, my baked was loaded and also was nice. My wife's chicken tenders and Mac and cheese were to her liking as well.Overall in an area with many comparable steakhouses this place we all felt was very good and the service matched as well. We would definitely try them again in the future when we're in Orlando again.

We were three co-workers getting together to celebrate the birthday of one as well as some social time while enjoying our meal. All plans were easily met, or exceeded, due to some VERY tasty entrees/beverages and superb service (that night by Nicolas). Many things were 'text book' hospitality in all the good ways, but Nicolas would still go a bit extra to make us feel welcome and taken care of. My choice for meal was the Steak Wedge and it was quite filling. Crisp wedge with perfect toppings and steak slices that were the perfect temperature and tenderness. Would easily order it again with hesitation. The house cabernet (Dark Horse) was great for the pairing. Based on this visit I can very easily recommend this location to others. We went there on a Saturday night. The outdoor porch was really well heated. I wish I would've known that cause I would've sat out there, but we sat at the bar.The bread at this restaurant is so good. I ordered the soup and salad, and the portion of both was very generous and delicious He ordered a steak and didn't need to season it at all. The restaurant had birthday parties going on, but it didn't phase us and we had a really good experience. The bathrooms were super clean as well.

I have come in several times with my family of 7 on week nights after leaving Universal. It very convenient. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Staff is always very friendly and personable. The facility was clean and well maintained. The aesthetic fits the theme well. I recommend and will return.

Food was good I had the fried mushroom they were delicious and fried to a golden brown. They came to the table piping hot. I had the Cajun steak temperature was perfect but the season and the steak was lacking flavor. We also order the bone in rib eye. The temp was not right and they threw that baby right back on the grill. It was on point and the favor and quality of meat to be both tender and tasty. We order the carrots cake. The cake is both moist and full of nuts. The spice in the cake did not overwhelm the favor and the sweetness. The carrot cake is to die for and the slice is enough for sharing.Overall this experience was both enjoyable and tasty. I would return.

The restaurant is clean and has a country vibe. Love the music they have playing. Our group sat on the patio - which was perfect because a rain shower had just come thru and cooled it down. Our server, Enise was FANTASTIC! She was super friendly and very attentive. To be completely honest - she is the reason the restaurant gets 5 stars. She killed it in the service department. The food was great. Ordered Pat's Ribeye with a baked potato and house salad. The steak was cooked to perfection, the potato came out loaded with toppings and the salad was fresh and tossed with their homemade ranch dressing.Great choice for dinner after a long day having fun in Orlando.

I was in town to spend time with family and they suggested this restaurant. The server Edisson was awesome with all of his energy! He provided great service! the food was great! Everyone in our party was very satisfied with the taste of the food but it was pricey for what you get.

Ferenc was our server. He was very kind & courteous. Made some wonderful suggestions as we were first timers. Our steaks were cooked to perfection! Flash fried green beans-chefs kiss!!! And can I just tell you the carbohydrates you get from their table bread is worth it. It's like a warm, soft hug for your tongue. Oh Em Gee!
