We called ahead and we're able to get on a wait list for our party of 11. We only waited about 15 minutes when we arrived. Our food and drinks were really good. Our server Stephanie S was so knowledgeable about the menu and made terrific recommendations not to mention provided some of the best service I've had in a restaurant in a long time. What a HUGE disappointment. For me at least. My husband was on CLOUD 9. Saltgrass is one of his FAVORITE restaurants. He LOVES the Pat's Ribeye and the Cheesecake, both exceeding his expectations when we dined there the other night. I've gone to Saltgrass with him in the past (in other states) and I always get the salmon (that's my thing) and it's always been decent, and actually pretty good. Alas, the salmon as this location tasted like sidewalk chalk and looked like it too! Even my husband, who isn't a salmon aficionado looked at my salmon and was like "ohhh.... no." Yeah. It was NOT good. I ate it because I'm a clean plate kinda girl, but it was such a sad meal. The asparagus were nice though. I did actually get a side of grilled chicken too which was tasty so at least I had that going for me. Ha! I will say I'm thrilled my husband got what he wanted!

First visit to Saltgrass and I was very happy. Service was wonderful, Stephanie was very attentive and friendly. The Grand Sangria was a good pour, very tasty. The potato soup was marvelous, hearty portion. The sirloin was cooked to the temp I like. Also great flavor. The carrot cake, massive and so delicious. The restaurant was packed but that didnt change how attentive and timely we were served.

We really enjoyed our first visit here. Jose was provided outstanding service and guided us along the way with our meal. We started with the mozzarella sticks which were very unique form your traditional ones. These were very cheesy and delicious. We couldn't finish them all so we took some home.For each main steak you can choose a soup or salad and I got the cesear which was great. Then for our main entree we both got steaks I got the filet and Jose told us about the toppings for the steaks so I got mushrooms, and wow what a great topping. The mushrooms were packed with flavor and were a great addition to the filet. Jose told us to get the Mac and cheese and it was nothing but amazing. Super creamy and delicious.Jillian one of the managers came by to check on our experience and we told her our server was amazing and we really enjoyed our first visit and will be back again to try more items. It was busy for a Monday and they did an amazing job getting food out quick and the service was top notch. The theming of the restaurant is country and western vibes, It's very unique.

I always drive past this place every time I am in the Orlando area, but I never gave it a chance. The restaurant gave me a country Texas vibe. The pineapple margarita and the Caesar salad was really good! The Caesar salad is one of the best Caesar salad I've had. I would say the fried steak wasn't the best I've had, but it was still good. The staff was friendly and it wasn't a long way to get us a table.

We made a last minute reservation for 34 people and they were able to accommodate usThe food choices were similar to the chain type steakhouse, like Sizzlers (does Sizzler's still exist? ) Outback, etc. However, I thought it was better tasting and better quality. I was satisfied with my first visit here.

I love SaltGrass Steakhouse! I go every time I'm nearby. Today my husband and I stopped in and got a quick lunch!We came on a Sunday afternoon and we were immediately seated and the waitress was so nice and knowledgeable about the menu. She came over with waters and bread!I ordered a 6oz Maureen's Center Cut Filet (rare) and it was cooked to perfection with potato soup and sweet potato fries. My husband got the Bone-In Ribeye (rare) with the smoked Gouda Mac and cheese! The ribeye was cooked so perfectly and the Mac and cheese was amazing, it had a great smokey flavor. This restaurant will continue to be one of my favorite steakhouses.

Deployed here after hurricane Milton with my federal medical reserve unit. Came in with 12 folks. I had the 6 oz filet. It was cooked perfectly. Medium rare. I asked the group everyone said their steak was cooked as ordered. I ordered green beans as a side.I forgot to ask for no salt but they were cooked right. Service by Juan was excellent. The manager checked with the table as he should.

Our server, Jacy, was top-notch! Super friendly staff. The food is so good it's hard to stop eating even when feeling full, lol. My well-done steak was cooked perfectly. I recommend the green beans.
