We happened upon this super-unique dessert spot after visiting a store nearby. Colonial Drive has changed so much, and I used to remember an Asian supermarket in this plaza. We had a hard time parking, because so many people were coming and going into the entrance, but I truly had no idea what was awaiting us inside. We walked in the doors and found an Asian food court, with amazing Bao shops, noodle carts, delicious options, and of course, Saigon Snow for dessert. I ordered the vanilla flavored snow and my son got ube flavor. The snow is not icy, but has the taste and texture of ice cream. It is so unique and flavorful! The toppings they include are not ones I would have picked...in fact, I didn't recognize half of what I was eating, but every single one of them was so delicious and enhanced the flavors perfectly. It was such a pleasant surprise! Tip: order one small to split! The bowls are HUGE and you won't be able to finish it! Avoid the smoothie option. My son got one and immediately wished he had my snow option instead. Be prepared to stand. Limited tables and a very busy area mean standing tables are the only option, and you will certainly be sharing with others, because space is limited. Plan on a fun dinner date and eat at the noodle company. We had spicy tofu and noodles! So good!

I came here with a friend on the weekend and it was packed! The staff here were friendly and had good energy. The stall is cute. It is hard to find somewhere to sit in here though on the weekend. The snow ice was good but not the best I've had. I like the cute umbrella they put on top and how they decorate the snow ice with all the toppings. Very Instagram / tiktok worthy. If you want to get a dessert after eating at Unigirl, Banh mi Boy or Kai Kai this is a good option.

Tried Saigon Snow which just recently opened inside Mills Market and this is a great addition to the vendor lineup! First off, the little food stall they built out is gorgeous and I hope these updates continue to happen throughout the market. I'm a big fan of shave ice and I like that they offer 2 different size options here. Other local spots I've been seeing do shave ice have been so large (and expensive) and just way too much for me to eat on my own. Saigon Snow has a large ($14.95) and small ($9.50) option. Honestly, the small was still shareable between me & my husband following our meal from Banh Mi Boy, but I have no doubt I could also crush it by myself lol. You get to choose your snow flavor as well as 2 fruit toppings. We went with mango snow topped with dragonfruit and strawberries. They chop the fruit fresh, and additionally, all bowls include pandan mochi, palm seeds, cassava cake, rice krispies. This fun dessert is really about the combination of interesting textures and refreshing flavors. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back to try the pandan waffle and smoothies soon.

Been coming here any chance I get - my new favorite dessert spot! The pandan flavored is my favorite but I recently tried the mango and ube and both are absolutely delicious.

Situated inside of mills food hall, where unigirl and Kai Kai is at. Go grab some great food at this location! We got here on a Friday night and it was busy! Order at the counter and when it's ready your number is called. I got the mango base, and mango and longan. (You pick one of the three bases available and then pick two fresh fruits). Everything was delicious! My friend got the ube base and that was good too!

Friendly service. I love this little market. The small snow was plenty big enough for my two kids and I to eat after having dinner. The snow looks like straw but it melts in your mouth and it so good. The fruits and toppings that come with it make it so yummy. The market can get a bit crowed but definitely worth a stop.

I'm a fan of any type of Asian ice and snow treat! Saigon Snow serves up a delicate ice / snow that is unreal - soft, fluffy and then tops it with fruit and mochi. So filling and refreshing. Had the Pandan and having grown up with this flavor, I must say - the Pandan was Pandan-ing. Ube looked great too. It takes time to make these and they are popular so bring your patience and expect a wait. Worth it tho!

All hype, deserts were just mediocre lacked in flavors. All ice and food coloring no actual flavors of ube or coconut. Service was ok ambience was very tight when the market is full there are no tables to sit.

After hearing multiple recommendations, I finally got the chance to check out this epic new addition to the Tien Hung market. We ordered the mango snow with mango and strawberry toppings. It also comes with pandan jellies, mochi, rice puffies, and I believe freeze dried dragonfruit on top. It was delish! Very fresh, not too sweet. A huge portion - I think could feed 4 comfortably - very worth it for the price. It is super busy here of course (especially weekends) so be patient and willing to wait about 15 minutes. Also, about 4 different people ahead of me asked what pandan is, so including an informational image as well for those curious hehe
