Saga Fusion

My first experience at Saga Fusion. The place is clean and neat. Greated right away and seated. The service was attentive and good. I had the Salmon Lovers Sushi player. It came with miso soup and house salad. It was delicious.

Inside is clean , servers friendly, they took a bit longer than desired to bring out our meals although all around us received their meals before. Not sure why. Temperature of the food was excellent. Ordered calamari-fantastic . Had the Trx sushi which was good. Not sure if I'll be back based on our wait time while all others received their food before us yet we arrived prior to them.

A peaceful environment compliments this gem of an establishment. Very favorable food; clean semiprivate dinning; restrooms are very clean . We had the Hibachi Veggie Dinner and were pleasantly impressed with the blend of flavors in this one dish. We also had the summer rolls with tofu and later learned that they will also make them with Thai Basil leaves...Yum. We will only be in town for a few weeks and we will definitely come back. A cheerful "Hello" to all my followers and rest assured if you find yourself in Mt. Dora (Eustis) Florida stop here and give yourself a treat. We are Vegan and our server, Amy, was so understanding of our special needs.

Typical Japanese restaurant with good food. The sashimi and ingredients were quite fresh, and in general was very tasty. We found the soft shell crab and the duck wraps to be the best dishes! Food was presented pretty well, and the restaurant is pretty clean and well maintained. A great place to enjoy some Japanese food.

Well, this is my new local Sushi restaurant, my wife and I decided to give it a try on the night that our go-to Sushi place is normally closed!So, first off, they do not have a liquor license yet, but it is BYOB, I stopped by the Publix Liquors in the same shopping center and got some Sapporo beer and Saké. We were greeted and brought to a table. The place was pretty busy for a Monday night. We were given menus and they brought us glasses and cups for the beer and Saké. We checked out what everyone else was having and it all looked good. We ordered Edamame as a selection of Nigiri Sushi and several rolls. The food came quickly and with a smile. Honesty I wasn't expecting a perfect meal as they had just opened, but I must say, it was pretty good. The rice was okay, and the fish, while fresh, didn't seem to be of high quality, but it was still tasty and well-presented. I am not a fan of the atmosphere and decor, a bit bright and garish, but is looked clean and was comfortable. I don't think Saga is going to take us away from our normal place, but I would definitely come back here on a Monday. I am also willing to give them a bit more time to get in the rhythm and see how much better they get. I approve!

I ordered ahead and Zoe as not disappointed! There was so much tuna in my roll and it was absolutely delish and massive! Worth the moneyWhile I didn't sit down to eat I did walk in to pick up and the dining room is snazzy and modern, perfect for a date night! 100% would come back for sushi!! My coworkers got the hibachi and they said it was alright, so for the time being I just highly recommend the sushi!

The best sushi ever!!!!To start the service was amazing, all the servers were friendly, smiling, welcoming and accommodating.The menu looked great, hard to decide. We had 5 rolls of which we could not decide which was better. Well prepared, fresh and beyond delicious. The decorations were great as well!Ambiance was calm and friendly. We definitely recommend this place to anyone that loves a good meal. Thank you for your service.

Excellent Sushi and service. My wife and I have enjoyed Sushi around the world and felt it was one of the best we have had. We Had to go back after our experience a couple days ago. There was a special roll, Lemon oyster roll and was fantastic and different than we have ever had.

This little gem is fantastic. My husband and I have dinner here often. The restaurant is clean, the staff is always friendly and great. The food is always top notch. Sometimes people don't like to eat at restaurants in a plaza but this place is a must!! Sushi is amazing and big servings and so is the hibachi! One of our favorite restaurants by far!

I go there frequently with the family. Service is always on point, sushi is always fresh and the kids love the hibachi. The decor is functional and the lighting great. Highly recommend
