Pretty good sushi in the UCF area! Staff was nice upon entry and served us our food promptly. I ordered the bubble roll with the steamed gyoza and they both hit the spot. We found out that they have a special on Tuesdays for 20% off so this was a plus! With this deal in place, it seems like we'll be back on Tuesdays.

Doesn't look like much but this is one of our favorite local sushi spots! There's tons of options like rolls, sushi donuts, ramen and sushi burgers. We tried the spider sushi burger, Tonkatsu ramen, the tuna tuna roll and the sweetheart sushi donut. The donut came with cucumber and cream cheese inside which we asked to remove, and the girl even offered us avocado to put inside instead! The ramen had a good broth but I think it had some ginger on top which made everything have a slight pickle flavor. The burger was good with soft shelled crab and fried bajo buns. The Star was the tuna tuna roll! My boyfriend said this was the best sushi he's ever had. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely adore this restaurant- not only is the staff so incredibly sweet and polite, but they also show genuine care. It's a rather large location with plenty of seating and a cute elevated bar for eating (this is especially nice if you're a solo diner). The Ramen is always amazing and the broth is absolutely delicious. I recommend the kimchi broth! Pricing is honestly really reasonable for the amount that comes- super good for uni students like myself!

We ordered Rumaku Sushi on 3/4 via Uber Eats.The following is what we ordered and thoughts.Volcano Roll: My wife loved it. It was more than what other sushi places give and was a good quantity of food in the roll. My wife did comment that it was a bit spicier than she's used to, which isn't it a bad thing.Tuna Crumb Donut: My oldest son liked it - but it left him wanting. I think he would have enjoyed having his normal spicy tuna rolls over the donut, but it was a novelty.Chicken Katsu Rice Bowl - My daughter liked it, and she enjoyed how the chicken was prepared.Create your own ramen bowl - My son liked it, but he said the spicy broth wasn't as spicy as it should be. Create your own udon bowl - This was mine. I had chicken katsu in mine and again - loved it. I did go with the curry broth and it was good. I'm still looking for a true curry udon bowl thats less liquid/soup style, but I would order this again.I'd definitely recommend them to try.

not sure if i came in on a bad day but i was disappointed :/ i got a create your ramen and a phildelphia roll. the ramen was decent. nothing special about it and the roll was just not good. the salmon wasnt fresh and had a strange texture.

We thoroughly enjoy this place. It's a low key order at the counter sit down place. The food is fresh and delicious. We order take out from here as well and it's just as good as eating in house. The people are wonderful there. It's mostly a college crowd because it's very close to UCF but we bring our kids in and it's always been great

Ordered take out. I got the yaki udon (thick noodles) with chicken and got these very thin noodles. Was really looking foward to it. The chicken portion was very minimal and was a weird texture too. I had the gyoza appetizer before and it was really good. And the onion soup was good too.
