Rosa's was a good experience. We had reservations for 4 and had to wait maybe 7 or 8 minutes for our table. They weren't busy yet.Tables here are nicely spaced out. We did feel the A/C breathing right down on us at our spot, but managed. The hibiscus pomegranate iced tea comes in an adorable little pitcher and tastes very refreshing. Herbal, but not too powerful. The Mexican coke is basically coca cola classic. Nothing special; save your money. My wife had their signature pomegranate Margarita on the rocks. It tasted great and was a good pour. My mezcalarita was tasty too. Comes out all fancy over smoking dry ice. I wouldn't have minded a bit more in the glass.Everyone was pleased with their entrees. Steak tacos, steak quesadillas, both good. The parrillada for 2 comes with chorizo, steak and their signature red chili chicken. Everyone gets all sorts of sides too, like rice, beans, tortillas, salsas.Within the parrillada, the red chili chicken was the standout item. Delicious, moist and I could keep eating it. The chorizo for a bit sickening and you can only eat so much steak. You really get a big portion in this platter. Highly recommend it! Our server was a "trainee"...but, I quickly realized that this must only mean he's new at this place, cause he was stellar. He later confessed that he's worked at other restaurants and always Mexican restaurants.Prices were fair here, no credit card fee and overall, I'd recommend it (especially if you're staying at the Swan or Dolphin).Oh, side note, the big menu on display at the main entrance has outdated prices, so ask for a menu if desired while waiting.

I had very high hopes after hearing some reviews but after this first trip, I don't think I'd return.Starting with the good, the free chips and salsa were excellent and so were the margaritas. We also got the chicken taquitos which were very tasty, but unfortunately a back up option since they were out of the cheese sticks. My fiancé also had the roasted jidori chicken for his entree which was a great size for the price and also pretty decent.Moving on to the not so great. I had heard great reviews about the birria tacos, but after trying them, I have no idea why. For starters they were so extremely tiny. For $8 a taco, the size was laughable. For the taste, well there wasn't any. I had to dip them in crema and the free salsa because they truly had no flavor. The rice that came with them was also not good and tasted sweet for some odd reason. Overall, for the price point there are much better options out there. And if you're staying at Disney it's not a bad option, however there's much better Mexican places on property.

We ate both breakfast and lunch here the staff is fantastic and let's start by talking about breakfast. There are really three options. Menu, cold buffet and hot. I did the hot one day and it was good you can get eggs and about anything else hot you can think of for breakfast Lunch we had tacos and they were great. The views and fun. I highly recommend

Tonight my friend Chris and I decided to dine at Rosa Mexicano it is one of the newest restaurants at Disney's dolphin resort. Tonight for dinner I got the steak tacos minus the queso because I am allergic to dairy. I got the mango chili margarita with a rim of Tahin instead of the salt and sugar rim. He got a pomegranate margarita; and as well we were gifted a house margarita of their specialty. Our bartender/server today was Kathy she is charismatic and incredibly kind. The ambience of Rosa Mexicano is a upscale Spanish restaurant with your basic tacos, empanadas, chips and salsa etc. however the drinks from the margaritas are very upscale in flavor and how they are presented at the bar while at the table. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend this restaurant they've only been open for a year and six months according to the bartender.

The breakfast buffet here is solid, but not outstanding. Essentially, they do either a continental buffet which has dull flavored pastries, or the full buffet where you can order omelettes and breakfast meats. As of the end of 2024 the breakfast buffet was $30 Not unreasonable, but neither was inexpensive. Our service was variable, but nothing stood out.Overall, if you're not going to leave the wander dolphin, it's a choice however, after a few days in the hotel, it seems a bit lackluster

Our server Lorena was fantastic, attentive. The chips and salsa, drinks were very good. The guacamole and tacos could have used some salt for sure.Ate here while we were on vacation at the resort.

We were quickly seated with a reservation snd continued to have great service all night. I was with an adult group, but lots of family as well, Great spot both. Food: We ordered the Birria tacos at the recommendation of the waiter and they were perfection. I would order this dish again on my next visit. The table guacamole was also a favorite, we ordered it mild and it had some kick! By far the best thing I sampled was the a traditional margarita- spicy. It was really wonderful, not too sweet or spicy. I would love to find this recipe- I will be dreaming of it until I visit again!Highly recommend! Make a reservation!

This is one of our favorite spots to eat on Disney property! This weekend we tried to eat at the new Cake Bake shop on the Boardwalk and were honestly rudely turned away. We called Rosa Mexicano and they got us a table for 5 within the half hour! This is one of my favorite spots in NYC and I love that they opened a location here. The table side guac is a must to start! My favorite margarita is the spicy cucumber. If you like a spicy drink, you have to try this! This time I tried something new and got the tuna tacos. If you like tuna tartar, this is the entree for you! It's small, but the quality of the fish was excellent. With guac as an app, I think it's plenty of food, especially since it comes with rice and beans. The service here was great! It was a busy night, but they were communicative and got us everything we needed. If you are having a hard time getting a reservation at one of the boardwalk restaurants, there are lots of great options at the Swan and Dolphin!

The restaurant was so simple yet elegant. Very modern Mexican style. Cathy greeted us at the bar with some chips and salsa. She gave us some great drink recommendations and food suggestions. I got the pomegranate margarita which was strong and deliciously hand crafted. I got the Quesabirria tacos which came with some rice and beans on the side. Everything was delicious. We can't wait to come back to try more food and drinks with friends!

I had the pomegranate margarita at the recommendation of the server and it did not disappoint. I went for the mole enchiladas as I was super excited to see a vegetarian mole option. They were delicious. The restaurant is beautiful & the service is great. We will be back.
