Without a doubt the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had. I'm a gringa who grew up in Tampa on delicious Cuban food and after moving to Orlando I found it hard to find a good Cuban sandwich and this is it. This out does anything else I've ever had. Don't let the humble appearance fool you this is a place with friendly staff and amazing food.

This place is a hidden jewel. I eat here at least once a week. Excellent food and service. Large portions. My favorites: Cuban Sandwich (the best!), Bistec encebollado with white rice, black beens and ripe plantains. I feel sorry for those people always in drive through at Chick Filet, McDonalds and other fast food restaurants waiting to eat crap. You owe it to yourself to eat a Rincon Criollo and support the great ladies staff!

Great for what it is. Quick food and very nice people. The food is tasty. I had the ropa vieja and it was very good. The arroz con gandules were better than most.

I can understand why someone would drive by this place without stopping. The outside is very humble. On the inside you'll find excellent coffee and delicious food prepared and served by a very caring staff. My fiancé and I shared so much food and the bill was just over $20. I'm actually still enjoying my omelet it was sooo big! This is definitely a hidden gem.

I've been scouring anywhere the fates take me for the ideal Hispanic food. Rincón Latino, with it's awkward location seems to fit the bill for a 'Legendary in the making' find. I chanced upon this place in my courier adventures when I delivered a package to the restaurant's owner and was somewhat neutral about the ambience inside. I left and thought nothing of the place.... Maybe because of bias due to non-hunger? Who knows? A couple of weeks later I work a route in the Forsyth area. And this day, I'm bringing with me a ravenous hunger drive. From the subconscious roars out my curiosity for that hole in the wall "Rincón" and my hunger now has it's target set. I took a break from work and decided to get me what turned out to be a hearty lunch plate. A plate that can feed a Chinese village, my heart swoons with intensity. White rice, red beans and pernil coupled with some sweet ol' maduro with the crisp conclusions of the incantation of the 23 flavors that make Dr Pepper. Just writing this is giving me nostalgia from that day and an intense case of salivation. The seasoning used in the beans and pernil was what I've been searching for my whole life. The journey ends with this restaurant and I am proud to actually eat there... Like, if you bad talk that place, I will possibly end up in jail for my irrational passion for Rincón... My jail buddy will ask... "Dude what did you do?"... I'll simply answer "I've defended Freedom" as I stare him down... That's how good Rincón Latino's food is.

Came here yesterday for the first time to have lunch with my son.I ordered a Cuban sandwich for myself and was great, my son ordered a breaded steak dinner with white rice and black beans. My son didn't finish his food rice was hard not enough beans and steak near impossible to cut. When I brought it to their attention they immediately apologized and gave us a few pastries as I wouldn't accept a redo due to time. They we super kind nice and accommodating so Will give them another try and update review.

My husband and his friend brought some Cuban sandwiches home from this place on a Friday afternoon. The sandwiches are quite big and my husband offered me the other half...OMFG.It's the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had, and I'm from Miami and Cuban. Every Cuban sandwich I've had before this uses roasted pork which tends to get very dry and is didn't indistinguishable from White meat turkey. This place uses a fattier cut of pork and cook it and shred it. It's the consistency of a pulled pork from a good BBQ place or a Ropa vieja. Aside from this they use a really nice ham and swiss cheese, an awesome grainy mustard, Mayo, pickles, and what really puts it over the top is they add a vinaigrette to the meat which really cuts the fattiness of the pork. I haven't actually been to this location, so I can't vouch for atmosphere or service, but the one sandwich I had was fantastic.

If you are looking for eye appeal you might be a little disappointed. Blue collar restaurant with some fine food on the plate. Wife had the half broasted chicken. It was a good as it gets. I had the beef stew. A generous portion, very tender and tasty. Yes, if in Winter Park again I would eat there again without reservation.
