Rico’s Mexican and Latin Food

New Mexican and latin food in Altamonte Springs, great atmosphere and cute decor. Decided to stop by on taco Tuesday and try one of their flavorful tacos. I got the chicken tacos and they are so good. Staff is so kind and attentive. It is located on a shopping plaza. Plenty of parking space. Prices are descent and afforable. Will be back to try more items from their menu

I finally found another taco location that I would love to go back to. The pricing was decent and affordable. It's worth every penny. The flavor of the tacos and the chips and salsa was delish. The food timing was pretty quick. No longer than 10 to 15 minutes, I would say. The staff was helpful and so kind. They didn't mess up on no details while ordering. The decor made it feel relaxing and homey. I would bring my family back for sure.

Decided to stop by last night. I'm glad I did! The place is small. With only about 10 tables in the whole restaurant. Luckily they were able to sit 6 of us pretty quickly! Their chips and salsa were good! Typical chips and salsa. I ordered a sangria and it was extremely sweet but still good. A good size too! We ordered the shrimp fajitas and felt they were good, came with all the sides they usually come with. The Tijuana chicken and shrimp was the highlight of the night! It was delicious and accompanied by rice and grilled veggies. I ordered flan for dessert and found it overly sweet and thick. Overall, I would go back but only for a quick meal. I don't recommend for date night or brunch. Their alcohol seems to be only beer and wine based. They offer margaritas but wine based only, from what it seemed like. They are closed Sunday.

This new Altamonte gem serves up delicious Mexican cuisine. The customer service was top tier and the ambiance was chic. The mixed meat nachos were the best nachos I've ever had. The drinks are delicious. Laura served up some great margaritas! Stop by and enjoy this great spot.

The food was amazing and fresh. The service was on point, and the overall vibes of the restaurant were very welcoming :) My sister and I decided to eat here last minute and we are happy to say it's a new favorite. Everything was so good! We can't recommend it enough.

Wasn't very good. My wife didn't like her food. My food wasn't the best. The water had a weird taste.

Authentic Mexican!!It is so hard to find real Mexican food in Central Florida and Tacos del Mariachi delivered It is a small little place in a strip mall. It is full service and you could tell that everything was made from scratch. Service was great!Check them out.

This is a must try . My family just ate here and it was delicious very fresh ingredients. I loved that it was not huge and loud like most of the New Mexican places . I think we will definitely be back for sure . The service was on point as well . The drink was absolutely delicious and so were the birria tacos . My kids loved everything and they typically complain when i say Mexican . Give it a try !
