Recently heard about this hidden gem and went to check out the breakfast. Self seating with booths, counter and tables. Coffee was actually strong and not watered down diner coffee per usual, even the water was tasty! Ordered the asparagus and portobello mushroom with home fries and the toast and a single pancake. Omelet was cheesy, fluffy and packed. Potatoes were crispy and toast perfectly toasted. The pancake was a bit dense but still hit the spot! Can't wait to try something else!

A nice breakfast spot in central Florida. Reagan's really scratches that itch when you just want a nice fluffy pancake and a side of biscuits. No frills just gold old fashioned cooking at nice affordable prices. The staff is very kind and welcoming and will make you feel at home with how they treat you and any request you have. The food was good but could use just a little bit more to make it excellent. Overall a nice place for breakfast. Definitely worth a stop.

This place earned all five stars, and I rarely give all five. I was looking for a nice spot to take my 17-year-old daughter for brunch and present her new graduation car surprise. We hit an absolute jackpot at Regan's Orange City Kitchen. Once I let Kayla know what my surprise plans were, her, Karen, and the rest of the crew all joined in on the surprise and made the impossible happen! They made it a special moment she will never forget. My daughter ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs and loved it all! My mom ordered the eggs benedict, and I ordered their classic pancakes with eggs and bacon, and everything was so good! The food reminded me of the nostalgic home kitchen style food, that your grandmother would make and put smiles on everyone's faces. My mother who is visiting from out of town is from the South and used to good cooking, and she was impressed.I had no idea that this place was around and they said they were here for 13 years. Boy was I missing out!! It used to be Perkins, but this is now my go to brunch spot for the weekend. We were in good hands, and they provided the most sincere encouragement, support, and congratulations to our new high school graduate. All five stars, I highly recommend and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping us make my daughter's graduation dream come true!I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant in Orange City. We will return!

Excellent wait staff and the owner, I believe. We we attended to quickly for our drinks. The ambiance was quaint and homely. Very unassuming but also appeared very clean and inviting. My grandson ordered the biscuits and gravy and I had the French Toast. They were both very good and plentiful. I will definitely return here in the future. Next time we'll try the lunch!

I enjoyed this place when I ate here, a bit slow on the service but the food was good, clean place decorated with four leaf clovers. I had two servers one must of been the owner who was uber nice and attentive then there was the other server that seemed like she hated life. The place is a bit small and crammed so not big party friendly.

I came for breakfast based on a coworkers recommendation. When she said it's a small hidden local spot, she wasn't kidding. Supposedly the owner is originally from Long Island and Regan's Orange City Kitchen (aka The Rock) os a family ruined business. It definitely has that New York style Irish feel to it. It's a cute little restaurant that's pretty no-frills. It's basic and to-the-point, which isn't a bad thing. The place seemed clean and well-kept. The service wasn't anything to brag about. We ordered a bday breakfast of the eggs Benedict which comes with tomatoes and avocados with a side of home fried potatoes and bacon. It was good. My lady ordered the French toast with coffee. It was your basic French toast but I thought it was nice how the lady kept topping off the coffee over and over. Overall, a nice local spot with decent food but nothing to go crazy about. I definitely wouldn't mind doing lunch or dinner to see how that fares.

First time here & I was thrown off by the name because it says Rock outside but I called and asked what gives and she explained that yes this is Regans. I let my uncle that was down from Daytona for breakfast & it was really good. The blue berry pancakes were killer as well as the eggs. The description on the special said large cuts of ham but what was brought out was slivers of thin cut ham I was a little confused there but I still ate it. I would for sure come back
