Always good service... Mercedes knocked it out of the par on this visit! Mercedes is professional, friendly, and informative without being intrusive. She handled multiple tables with the same care and professionalism. Management material if you ask us and we dine out frequently. Free bday burger? Yes, please! All you can eat refills on fries, salad, and broccoli? Yes, please, and thank you!!!!

Whe had a blast trying new things here! Our server Mercedes was offering us to try a lot of drinks and sauces that we didn't even know existed on this location (like the spicy ranch that is AMAZING!). We enjoyed a nice evening in this Burger joint with an espectacular server that knew her way around the menu. If you are looking for a nice and casual dinner, this is the place to be.

Love this location for both done in and takeout! My go to is the pretzel bites, the lettuce wrap burger with guacamole, and extra crispy fries on the side with ALL the seasoning. And man does it hit when I'm craving burgers. I think it's a seasonal item, but the cheese fondue you can get on the side is 11/10. I've always had accurate orders and friendly service. I do wish we'd get curbside pickup back though, i found that so convenient when I was out running errands to have food dropped at my car.

The service was amazing! She came by just the right amount of times and made my experience not feel rushed but taken care of. I absolutely loved my food it was super fresh and well cooked. The ambiance was relaxed and I preferred this over a busy dinner rush. Very great and would come back!

Just got home with my to-go order and realized there is no sauce with our order. We got two burgers and a large onion ring. I asked for extra campfire sauce. Nope. Otherwise, the food was good.

I have been coming to this location since they opened a while back. They are pretty consistent with their burgers and sure do satisfy the craving. I like the fact that they have bottomless fries, so if you want a but extra is a nice plus. You can now select between steak fries, sweet potato fries, garlic steak fries and broccoli (for the healthier version).Service is hit and miss but it was decent. We got taken care of by someone helping our server, which made for her lack of checking on us. The restaurant could be a bit cleaner but overall not too bad.

Waitress was rude right off the bat. Which was completely unwarranted considering we were patient while she went and yapped with her co-workers instead of coming to our table. We were all smiles until she complained about what we were ordering (two wraps) and said to the third person ordering "don't order another wrap and do that to the kitchen" in a snarky tone. Then, she was too busy judging to listen to the third persons order and we kindly stopped her to reiterate what we wanted and she scoffed rudely as she walked away. Food did come out mostly right so we didn't complain. Restaurant was clean and the other tables not being served by her all seemed to be having a good experience. We usually love this location but will be apprehensive to return due to this experience, no fun to pay to go out to eat and be met with a rude waitress.
