Quesa Loco - Apopka

In honor of Lent, i had to have a "last meal' and since it was Taco Tuesday, why not. First of all, street tacos are $2 after 3 so i was too early. I feel they have some of thr best street tacos in Orlando and definitely the best birria.Today i tried the Birria torta. First time and it was different, it was like having a pot roast sandwich. But tastier..Also had Pastor & asada tacos which were very good.It wasnt very busy today, so it was a nice setting.Heres to you Quesa loco!

We definitely came during a rush so the wait was about 25-30min which was fine! The service was impeccable. Cashier was very polite and friendly. It was super cold inside so I would bring a jacket or sit inside. They suggested that we grab an appetizer so that we had something to munch on while we waited unfortunately it didn't come until after the food and we did chips/salsa but were told they were out of salsa.The food was really good though! The Quesabirria is finally up there with my other favorite Pass Progressive in Altamonte. A lot of restaurants in Central FL claim to have good quesabirria but I would only send someone asking for it here or there. The street corn was OKAY I think wanted more spice so the hot sauce for the tacos helped with that. The loco agua fresca was also very good definitely a larger drink that can be shared. Mexican rice was well seasoned. My husband didn't like the plantains he didn't really it was covered in queso and cheese. He also wanted sauce for his tacos but said with queso on top they were pretty good. Overall I would come back! I enjoyed the atmosphere and supporting a smaller business.

Best Mexican Food in Orlando? Hear me out!I know it's a bold statement, but this place might just take the crown. The food was absolutely incredible--everything came out hot, fresh, and clearly made with so much intentionality.We went as a family and tried a lot. I got the tacos , my husband went for the birria tacos, we shared loaded fries, the sampler dipping trio, and THE Queso . Everything was delicious, with generous portions to match.The atmosphere was so cozy, especially with the Christmas decor, and I loved the variety of seating options--perfect for families. It's obvious this spot is a local favorite!Only note: the food took a little while to come out, and a few items came later than others. But the service was friendly, and the experience made it worth the wait.We'll definitely be back.

I recently visited Queso Loco and had a great experience. The birria tacos were fantastic--packed with flavor and served in generous portions. The broth was rich and tasty, and the tacos were even better with some of their excellent hot sauce. I also tried the Mexican street corn, which was good, but it had a bit too much cotija cheese for my liking. Overall, the food was flavorful and satisfying, and I'd definitely return for the tacos and hot sauce.

The birria tacos here were large and very tasty. There were good specials when we used a delivery service for takeout one night. We also got the street corn which was only ok (tasted like canned corn which is not my fav) but they did give large portions of that also. We would order again

Super good! Very fun and inviting atmosphere. I ordered for pick up on Uber eats and I waited about 5 minutes when I arrived to pick it up. I ordered the birria tacos and they were STUFFED with meat and cheese. I have not had a good experience with birria in the past but they really liked these. 3 tacos is more than enough even without sides

Stopped in for a quick bite and it did not disappoint. My boyfriend and I shared the birria quesadilla which was incredible. The queso was also really flavorful. The service was quick and the restaurant was decorated nicely. The only thing that was concerning was the slight sewage smell right when we walked in...should be looked into. Would comeback to try the birria ramen.

I Didn't realize they had opened a new Quesa Loco location about 10 minutes from my house . I was in the mood for tacos so I made my way over to the restaurant to try it out . The ambiance upon walking in was beautiful. It's very colorful and festive both inside and out. You can order online for pickup or order at the window. They have specials on certain days. I went on a Thursday which was "Thirsty Thursday's" it was a $1.00 off agua frescas. I ordered 2 mango Pina frescas. For food I ordered 4 street tacos, flavors steak, shrimp & chicken, 4 quesaBirria tacos, 2 esquite corns one regular and one loco with hot Cheetos. It took about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. The street Tacos were just ok . The steak was a bit dry because it was over cooked so it was hard to chew. The shrimp were flavored well and the chicken was ok. The Quesabirria tacos were delicious! Very well flavored. I would definitely order them again . The corn was good and I would go back and order that again as well. The drinks were delicious and even when the ice melted it held its flavor. Overall I enjoyed the restaurant experience. They also have lunch specials and the prices for lunch & dinner are reasonable.

Great food, awesome atmosphere, and very authentic if you are looking for a taco Tuesday spot!
