Pupusas & Burritos Grill Latin Food

We first discovered Papusas at a little stand near plant city. Fell in love but struggled to find any in the Orlando area. It was a little place at 434 and 17/92 that closed. We were in Sanford for an event and stopped here on the way home tonight. We had tried one other time but the line was long and taking forever but tonight we got lucky so glad we gave it a second try and the Pupusas were fantastic. My favorite was the bean and the chicken and jalapeño. I found the zucchini and cheese was a little too cheesy for me, but the tamale was fantastic. Melt in your mouth, chock-full of chicken and potato. I could eat one every day.

I was driving by and I noticed a large sign for Pupusas. I love pupusa's! I was so excited to come here. The restaurant was clean and we walked up to the counter to order. Once you order, you can have a seat and they will bring the food to you. we ordered Pupusas and chicken wings. The food took a while to come out, but it was very fresh and we appreciated that. The chicken wings were very good and were nice and crispy. I got the bean, pork, and cheese pupusa's. They were a decent size. The staff was very nice and I would definitely come back here.

Oh my goodness I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant!!! Everything is made fresh and it's soooo tasty. The employees are extremely sweet, I will be back again!!

My body needs a gym, but my stomach needs PUPUSA. I stumbled on this place while cruising Sanford and cannot believe this hidden gem exists here. Pupusas have everything I love: Cheese, meat, beans and fried tortilla. If you haven't had it I highly recommend you drop what you're doing and go here. This is the only place in the Sanford area I know of that has it and it was amazing. At $3.50 a pop they are priced right and the portion is filling :)

Definitely coming back here to try more of their offerings. Now that the weather is cooling we'll be back to try their soups/pho. Interesting combination of foods and cultures as far as cuisines. We had to try the Pupupas and they were very good. We got a philly cheesesteak based on other reviews but we'd skip that in the future and stick to the pupupas and the other foods from that culture.

Amazing food. Great variety of pupusas and other dishes such as pizza, wings, gyros, soups, etc. this is a gem and must try in Sanford.

When I saw the big PUPUSAS sign outside, I knew I had to go in and get some. I have been 3 times and I have had every single pupusa on the menu. If it's your first time, get loroco and cheese and revueltas (chicharron, beans, and cheese). They'll give you a slaw (curtido) and salsa. Put the salsa on the curtido and eat the pupusa with it! Be sure to get a smoothie as well. The guava smoothie was so delicious. Their customer service is unbelievable. Salvadorian hospitality at it's finest.

Returned on 7-18-20 for another visit.Tonight, I ordered the large three topping pizza special (with mushrooms, onions, chicken for $10.99); two pupusas de Frijol con queso/beans and cheese ($3 each); and 10 Buffalo wings tossed in BBQ sauce ($10.49). The total price without tip was $29.40. By the way, this is enough food for my wife and I to share for two dinners.The pupusas are on point! they are so good that my wife and I decided that we would attempt making our own one day in the near future. Don't worry that doesn't mean we won't be stopping back to our local Sanford pupusa treasure! However, I do have two minor complaints; The toppings on the pizza could have been spread more evenly and the wings were not tossed thoroughly in BBQ sauce. It seems as if these two items were rushed. Although all the food tonight was delicious, the consistency was slightly off. I plan to return again in the near future for some more great food but hope the restaurateur pushes out that original consistency presented back on 7-3-20.

food was extremely greasy, rice was burnt, the women's bathroom is literally a sauna, why was i given my salad in a ziplock bag. that's literally the ghettoest thing ever. owner could be nice to employees. expected more from the reviews. DO BETTER!

The owners are incredible! They greet you with a smile and warm welcome. The food is delicious from the favorable pupusas to the cheesesteaks to the pizza! The range of food items is unique and have a taste of their own. They are not to be mistaken!!!
