Propagate Social House

I recently visited Propogate Social House for Sunday brunch, and it was such a great experience! The spot offers both indoor and outdoor patio seating, which is perfect if you're bringing your pups along. The staff was incredibly friendly and even brought out a "pup cup" with bacon for my Yorkie--such a thoughtful touch!The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We tried the hash bowl, croque monsieur, bacon, egg & cheese croissant sandwich, and avocado toast. Every dish was enjoyable and hit the spot. But what really stole the show were the cocktails! I had the limoncello spiced margarita and the blood orange carajillo, both of which were fantastic. My friends also tried the bacon old fashioned, s'mores old fashioned, Moscow mule, and pink pony--each with beautiful presentation and amazing flavor.Overall, I highly recommend Propogate Social House for a relaxing, delicious brunch with great drinks and a dog-friendly atmosphere!

What a great place. Definitely go on Fridays when there is a farmer market. Ambiance rocks. They have live music alot. Service rocks. Food is very good. On friday you can grab some great food truck cuisine. And the best part? Doggy firendly

We have returned to Propagate many times in the last year or so. Great atmosphere and friendly staff! Great place to enjoy live music, comedy, magic shows. Food is brilliant, cocktails are brilliant, they are pet friendly (brilliant) Make sure you stop by if you are in the Apopka area!

I ordered the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was delicious. I liked the flavor the garlic aioli it added. I liked that they handed a shaded area you can sit and order directly from the table. The drinks were great and priced very well. I'll definitely be back.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning to get coffee and food to go. They were getting ready for a charity event for people in the community. I placed my order at the counter. The person who took my order was very patient with my indecisive husband. After a short wait, I got my latte and breakfast sandwich. The latte was pretty good. My breakfast sandwich was egg and cheese on a croissant. Nothing fancy was it was good. Looks like a cool spot. Would love to go back and eat there and chill for a bit.

Went on a weekend that they had vendors outside so it was a bit busy but they got through the orders fairly quick. It has a nice vibe and the drinks were good. Parking is easy to find since there's free parking lots and street parking. Overall good

As a first time customer on a Saturday, I was confused on how to get a table. With no signs or servers around, I waited in the coffee line just to be told it's open seating. We sat down outside waiting for someone take our order. I eventually found out we had to order at the bar. At this point I'm laughing to myself ! The drinks took so long to come out, our food came out first. My Bloody Mary was EXTREMELY SALTY. (I'm a BM connoisseur) I couldn't get it down. The food is Meh... The deli sandwich is previously prepared, The breakfast sausage was previously frozen. Im told even the scrambled egg is premade, that's why I couldn't have an over easy. My 3 stars is for the ambiance! Loved the DJ, Decor and very friendly staff, It's hip and dog friendly. I will update my review when I try their coffee/teas. That seems to be their forte.

Such a cute plant themed coffee/brunch spot. We opted for the bacon egg and cheese croissants and they were perfectly crisp and hot. Bottomless mimosas is always a favorite! Service was great.

We moved to the area from down south two months ago and we've already been to Propagate Social House and their Shade House no less than 15 times. This is our safe place.Lox sandwich and coffee? Phenom. Service? The bar at Shade House is filled with the BEST ladies. Vibe? It's vibin.If you're looking for a good craft beer, their selection is always changing and focuses on local brews for about $6 a pop. Propagate itself is home-y, small and unassuming, filled with plants, and filled with the smell of coffee. If you're looking for something a little more upbeat, on the weekends they open up the Shade House on the deck and have live music and FANTASTIC cocktails.10/10 I live here now.

This place sounded very impressive by the reviews and the photos. When u stepped in I thought nice little unassuming place. But no it looks like what it is - an average coffee shop with a few little menu items. The service wasn't bad, just was not great. I feel like it's trying to be more than what it is.I ordered simplicity. A hot Earl Grey tea. I said I wanted to add honey and lemon to it MYSELF. I don't know what that was. Not very hot. And I drink Earl Grey regularly, simple guy. Never had any that tasted like that. And they put the honey in for me. I got a turkey and Swiss on French rol (turned out to be a toasted croissant). And that is all that was on the sandwich. Supposedly there was some sort of mustard.I did enjoy the pleasant outdoor seating where I wrote this review. Very pleasant and relaxing.If you live in the area handy spot to drop in I guess. Certainly not worth driving out if the way. And they take their time with the orders like a more upscale place. But what they bring to the table doesn't line up.
