Located at the food factory food hall is the brand-new Press Waffle Co. I believe I came here on their opening weekend. This is a super cute quick-service restaurant serving savory and sweet waffle creations. I had the Monte Cristo waffle Sandwich which had white American, ham, and raspberry jam. It was tasty and I liked the sweetness of the waffle with the sugar pearls inside. The sandwich wasn't huge. Service was a bit slow, but I think that was because everyone was still learning. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and welcoming. There are a few tables inside, but I recommend taking your food outside to enjoy the communal area at the food hall.

I was excited to try this place. it was a Monday morning (today) and according to the young lady, she said that traffic is very low so that's why she was the only one working. She was very courteous very nice great positive person only downfall is I'm not a big fan of someone taking orders and fixing food at the same time.Ok the now the food. The food was not good in my opinion. The Nashville hot was over seasoned. It was like clumps of seasoning on the chicken. The waffles are very thick and dry. I also was anticipating fresh food not premade food. That's warmed up for a few minutes. Not for me but don't take my opinion have a see for yourself.

The Nashville hot chicken and waffles with syrup hit the spot for taste and decadence. The pina colada smoothie was a the perfect wash me down for this great comfort food. Very friendly staff and plenty of menu options to dazzle your taste buds and fill your cravings. Friendly cheerful ambience with cozy indoor and social outdoor dining settings.
