This little place is a gem in the community. The drinks are absolutely delicious, I had the Strawberry Cloud with Lychee jelly. The staff was so helpful and cheery which is what I honestly loved most about coming here. I inquired about the beautiful map on the wall and they did not hesitate to go in the drawers and pull out purchase information. The little note on the cup really hit home and brightened my day. I will be back for sure!!

Preso Tea is a Taiwanese chain and its latest franchise just opened here in Kissimmee. We were eager to try it and it did not disappoint! They have a ton of flavors to choose from, ranging from sweet slushes, classic teas, and milk teas. They do have kiosks you can order from which makes it convenient and easy to decide. We ordered the avocado cloud, taro cloud, and lychee tea. Everything tasted absolutely amazing! The avocado in particular was really good, you could really taste that avocado flavor. They do also sell bubble waffles, which we didn't try, but is probably pretty good judging from the drinks.All the staff were really nice, the place was really clean, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I will definitely be stopping by here often!

My husband and I came upon Prison Tea accidentally and decided, on a whim, to check out so we walked inside and instantly fell in love with the vibe. Even better, we feel in love with their drinks!! The Brown Sugar Crème Brulee tea, in particular, is absolutely delightful. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!!

I LOVE apreso Tea. Is our regular spot. The service is awesome. My regular is Thai tea, Blueberry Midnight strawberry Frut Tea, Pation fruit, and peach lemonade.I have been a regular since the day they opened. The Owner ans Staff are really nice.I totally recommend it.

Came during grand opening hoping to get some free boba, even arriving 40 minutes early was still too late. It's ok, we still got drinks. They were nice to bring out sample drinks while everyone were outside waiting. The tea were pretty good. There are few different kind of tea leafs. Every cup is fresh brewed. This is the first time when ordering winter melon tea that actually put winter melon pieces inside. Definitely have to try all the other flavors. For their grand opening, they gave out scratch tickets to win prizes. I got a $20 giftcard! Very cool.

Their drinks are wonderful. We've been here more than 3 times already because their drinks taste so good. The boba is chewy and soft just how it should be. With the fruit smoothies it's better with 75% sugar it's a little too sweet for me. But the avocado drinks are just perfect with 100% sugar.

Visited for the first time on Sunday with the little sis and OMG I'm so happy we did!! Finally there is a Boba spot by Poinciana that's delicious!!! I had the Brown Sugar Creme Brûlée milk tea with oat milk and I'm telling you my stomach is thankful I found a boba tea spot that is lactose intolerant friendly Overall they're delicious and I will definitely be visit g often!

Brand new location! Staff is really friendly and helpful. Such a cozy ambiance. Makes me think about a really cool internet café or lounge, although I doubt it is for long stay. I ordered the mango pineapple slush added strawberry with half cane sugar. It was delicious! I probably should had gotten way less vane sugar, but it was my first time. I shall return. Idk if it was just me but I did struggle to poke a hole in my life for the straw. Overall, clean, good tasting drink, and wonderful atmosphere with great customer service.

Made this account JUST to review this boba spot, it was that good. Preso just opened today and is what Kissimmee/Poinciana needed. The best quality pearls that I've had in Central Florida, with a bunch of great flavors that you don't usually see at boba cafes around. I ordered the Winter Melon & Hojicha Milk Tea and a Matcha Cloud with Black Pearls. Both drinks were really good, with perfectly made pearls! Get the Cloud drinks if you like creamy, and regular milk teas/teas if you prefer the tea flavor instead (I prefer the regular teas to the Cloud versions, but that's just me).You can tell that they care about the quality of their boba and the overall experience from the brewing machines they have, as well as the wide variety of flavors. Solid price point especially for the quality. Will totally be back to try out every flavor they have!
