Pure deliciousness POP'S SEAFOOD on Rt. 92. Cooked my seafood boil perfectly! The owner, Karen, was very nice & helped me decide what would be best for my preferences. The young man who cooked my seafood boil was very personable & knew how to cook seafood.I will definitely be back.

Went to Pop's Seafood and Produce today. I ordered their seafood feast. It included shrimp, fish, scallops, oysters, and a crab cake. Every morsel was delicious and perfectly seasoned. The seafood here is very high quality. Their produce always looks so juicy and delicious. Please come here and try their cooked dinners though! They are absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back and try more.

We got blue crabs and shrimp and let them cook. The crabs were large and well seasoned. I can't wait to go back.

This shop is very well stocked. Great quality product. Great tips from staff. Service was amazing. The Argentina red shrimp and catfish we got was more than perfect! Will absolutely be coming back to get more! Loved the decor and the look of the shop. We were advised that they are getting a food truck open with an expanded menu and the option to being anything over from store to the truck to have cooked how you like! They also have their own seating!!

This is a great new seafood market with a healthy dose of produce and lots of fun seasonings and spices for home cooks. The owners are hardworkers with lots of great seafood knowledge. Not only do they have a plethora of seafood on ice for you to take home to cook, they are willing to do the cooking for you as take-out orders, piping hot. They also have little $15 "lunch buckets" of shrimp boil (shrimp, taters, corn, seasonings) for nuking. Most items are by the pound at market price. Had a nice grilled catfish sandwich one day, great Old Bay crab and a seafood boil. All very tasty and properly cooked. They continue to work on "supply & demand"--having enough inventory on hand, avoiding waste. I find the veggie prices are higher than elsewhere, but you're paying for "one stop" convenience. They also have boiled peanuts. (seafood includes--shrimp, scallops, oysters, blue crab, crawdads, gator, conch, octopus, squid, strawberry grouper, tilapia, mahi, salmon....) Great new place for the Auburndale/92 & surrounding community!

Don't be in a hurry... listen to owner's personal messy life while you wait. Good food but yucky vibe.

This place usually is great for blue crabs, however, the last time I went they gave me empty hollow ass crabs. I called and was told that they were from Louisiana. Idc where they're from, I want meat in my damn crabs! Tf? And if you knew they weren't up to par, why would you sell them for such a high price? Please be fr. Stop playing in peoples face. That's money down the drain.

My daughter and I spent over an hour here purchasing seafood and fresh vegetables, comparing ways to cook the items, and discussing seasonings and purchasing them! I ALWAYS enjoy what I've purchased AND speaking with the ladies there. Update... 7/6/2022...went back today after trying shrimp and salmon from a closer place... I will not ever go to another shop/ grocery for seafood. I thought I was saving time and money... definitely not! I ALWAYS purchase Florida shrimp, but amazingly, all Florida shrimp is NOT THE SAME! I have no idea why, but the seafood at Pops is ALWAYS BETTER... taste and texture. I get my requested cut of Salmon and season with Chef Paul Prodhomme Magic Salmon Seasoning, bake on 350 degrees for 15 minutes, cover with aluminum foil for 10 minutes, then eat like a glutton! I boil my shrimp with Zatarains crab boil for 8 to 10 minutes, drain and soak in ice water till cool. (Check out RSVP ENDURANCE. Com for shrimp shears and lotz of other great cooking utensils). I've said it before, but I'll repeat myself... I drive 40+ miles to this place, and will continue to!
