Great value, the $6 big box. I can finally get what I want with sides as an extra for less than $10. They didn't ask white or dark or spicy or mild. But I always specify white, and spicy. For this particular deal, I request 2 breasts instead of breast and wing and I let know I'm aware of and willing to pay the upcharge. I don't know what I was originally given but when I was given my total, I let the cashier know it was wrong and repeated my order. She asked if I was willing to take mild instead, so I agreed to it. She wasn't very pleasant so I kinda felt like it was my fault that they got it wrong. Even tho it wasn't...She handed me my food and as I was driving away, handed me napkins and spork.In the end, like I said, it's a great value and the food was good even if I didn't get spicy.

This new Golden BBQ sandwich is amazing. Only downside is it takes a while to get your food as this location is usually pretty busy.

A tasty surprise to be had! I tried the Honey Lemon Pepper Wings and they were a surprisingly tasty zesty treat. Service is to be expected from fast food chains. Recommend you try these wings.

I'm shocked that I'm leaving a 5 star for this Popeyes. I've had many a miserable experience getting food here. But today, shortly before 5 we had two large orders that were promptly filled and all the staff and customers seemed happy. We are always quick to slam business when things go even slightly wrong, so I wanted to acknowledge that things went as they should, which earns 4 stars and the bonus star is because of the pleasant surprise that resulted in the 4 stars.

Sides were good. Very small wings (garlic parm) very misleading compared to the picture. Still decent.

Rare visit... Took 17 minutes to get thru drive-thru. Ordering was very challenging for some reason. Get home with our 3 entree order and my 2 piece all white with fries was 2 piece all dark with mashed potatoes. Was it good tasting, yes. I now understand the frustration of others, though.

While the food for the chain is consistent and pretty good in terms of fast food chicken, the service at this property was horrendous. We tried to go in person once and felt like we were a burden to the employees for being there. Then we ordered door dash once and to be fair it was a large order and getting late, however our door dasher sat in the parking lot sending us updates for 45 minutes just for an employee to come and tell him they were sold out of everything except ghost pepper chicken which I can't have due to a health condition. We thanked the driver for keeping us updated and tipped him extra for the time he spent sitting there. Ended up driving to McDonald's to get dinner that night since I had to stay up late doing work for school. Very unsatisfied and unprofessional to make a customer wait 45 minutes just to tell them you had no food at the end of the day.

The food is good as all Popeyes but the WAIT here is terrible you be lucky if you go through the drive thru in less than 15 minutes. It is terrible don't know what the problem is but it is always this way. Do t know why I keep torturing myself but I have to stop but when you want fried chicken you want fried chicken. Get your systems in order.

I order on the app when I go here and they always get my order wrong. They have a bad attitude also. There's never anybody in the place or through the drive thru, So there never busy. I'm done with going here. I had to return my whole order because it was incorrect.

Karmen made sure we had everything in the bag and even went out in this rain to give us our biscuit. She is a great worker and we're are glad to have her in Oviedo! She went out of her way to do her job so I thank her for that.
