Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Jens was taking orders and was both polite and efficient. Fast food service is a thankless job but he took my order and even though I did not order a standard menu item, he made it happen. Thanks to great customer service and tasty food. I am a fan of the honey lemon sauce.

I've been trying different locations for their spicy chicken sandwich and this one is in the top spot. Food is hot and fresh! Sandwich was crispy and wasn't drowned in that spicy mayo sauce. It was the perfect ratio of chicken, sauce, bun!And don't get me started on-the red beans and rice! So so good!

I was so excited to eat Popeyes as I don't get to eat it often. The last time I tried it was before the pandemic in 2020. I chose Popeyes as my cheat meal and I was just disappointed to say the least. The service was mediocre and was really acknowledged until I was stared them down. The ambiance was scary, I should walked out when I saw that there weren't any customers in the drive through or inside. Not sure why my meal took 25 minutes to get. I ordered the tenders but there was not any meal on them just batter. It was like eating a fried piece of paper. Will not be going back!

There are numerous Popeyes Chicken locations in the area, so I decided to try this location. The service was good, and the chicken dinner met my expectations.

The place is dingy and dirty the service is very slow, I ordered 6 wings and my wings were under cooked. Got home and started to vomit. I would not recommend eating at this Popeyes, please call the food inspector on this place.

Horrible service. No one in front of us and took 30 minutes. A line out the door before we left. They forgot our apple pie and we had to go back. They were out of c02 and we waited forever and they couldn't change it. They won't refund your money and they wanted us to pay extra for lemonade. Everyone. Yes every single employee looked like they were in a horrible mood. No one greeted anyone and none of them even turned around so you could get their attention this includes the manager that was on the phone while doing something with chicken. Then they spent longer than I know to replace the paper in the register but no one ever figured it out while we were there. They never put an out of order on the carbonated drinks and kept serving them to drive through. Some of out food was fun and some was cold. Worst location I've ever been too. I'll never go back.

I took a chance and unfortunately Popeyes is just not my cup of tea. The chicken was okay and the sides were flavorless and the rice was undercooked overall I could have easily made this dish at home and even just using a bit more spices than they did I could have come up with a better lunch. But I'm always happy to try something new and to get things to go will I go back to Popeyes, no, especially when you have other places such as churches and KFC in the same vicinity.

The customer service was unacceptable. I waited about 10 minutes in front of the drive-through intercom before I could order. I had to repeat my order multiple times because the server was busy and would be talking to other servers and customers for 3 minutes before asking me what my order was again MULTIPLE TIMES. I asked for a sandwich with no pickles, and I took special care in repeating that I didn't want pickles multiple times throughout this 20-ish minute experience of just giving my order. I was met with "Uh huh what else," and faced rudeness from the server even though I was trying to be as nice as possible, knowing that it would be better to repeat certain things because the server was already not catching what I was saying. When I got to the window, I was handed my drink (strawberry fanta) which was overflowed when being filled, I could tell because it was wet to the touch when I grabbed it, and a straw that was soaked red from the soda (I guess it was too much to simply get a clean straw). When I was handed the bag, everything looked like it was crushed by someone's hand before being stuffed in the bag. The napkins and receipt were crumpled into a ball together and stuffed on the bottom of the bag, half of the items were out of the wrapping and spilling into the bare bag. And guess what, I still had pickles in my sandwich after repeating that I wanted no pickles multiple times and being dismissed multiple times. Overall the service ruined my lunch and I am sure that I will be going exclusively to chick-fil-a or raising canes for my chicken meals from now on.

Honestly best Popeyes I've ever been to. Fast service, the chicken was good quality. Super nice!

I have literally never seen a fast food establishment with slower service in my entire life. On top of that, the place is rather dirty since the workers are so backed up on orders.
