Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I love this place!! They always give me extra of my favorite sauces. They're always busy and yet their food quality never wavers! Love it!

Love that chicken from Popeyes.. BUT definitely DO NOT love the long wait. Ordered Online for 1:45pm but still had to wait another 20 minutes after. I'm assuming it was busy because of Sunday Football.Brought home the 10 piece family meal only to find out there were just 7 pieces.. and was also missing the Coleslaw.Will be better off driving to a different location next time.

Atrocious. Shameless. Disgraceful customer service. Unapologetic manager/supervisor named Terrence. I used the app today to get food for my family. I ordered it and it said it would be ready at 745pm. I arrived at 746 in the drive thru line and the young lady said the two cinnamon apple pies were out so she could get me one Carmel apple cheesecake or two chocolate biscuits. I said the two would be fine. She told me they were waiting on the two biscuits and if I would park on the side she'd bring it out. 5 min nothing. 10 min two more cars next to me. No food. 15 min nothing. 20 min I go in and they look lost. I said y'all told me you'd bring my food out to the car. She said we are waiting on the biscuits. I went back out. Two of the folks next to me went in after me. Both came out with their food. 25 min nothing. 30 min nothing. 35 min nothing. 40 min I go back in. The nice young lady in an orange shirt says can I help you? I said, pointing at the girl in the black shirt, she said she'd bring my food out. That was 40 minutes ago! The manager, in a green shirt, name badge said Terrence, caught an attitude and sneered at me and said, I'm working on your order right now. No apology. No I know it's been a minute. Nothing. I get the food. No drinks. I ask for my drinks. He gets them. I ask for the district managers number. He reads it to me from my phone. I don't know if it is or not. He said it's Carlos. It's a he. I don't know what he was upset about. I'm the one been waiting 45 minutes for some fast food chicken. I'm gonna track the district manager down myself. I get home. Food is cold. Two of the three sodas are flat. Just a terrible experience made worse by a shift leader who should never ever be in customer service. He was awful. If he worked for me over the last 32 years in retail he would not have made it. What a bad leader.

Went in with a coupon for a 14 piece chicken family dinner. Was worried they'd take long since the drive-thru was busy, but it was ready within minutes. Went inside and the manager was supporting the line and managing customer expectations during peak rush hour which made everything more smooth.

This particular Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen location is extremely slow and I stood at the register for several minutes without being even glanced at or being acknowledged in any way. Finally, a pleasant young lady came over and took my order. The restaurant was by no means busy and while they were getting orders together, there should have been some kind of acknowledgement that they would eventually be getting to me. I would have to assume that this is due to poor training.My food was made in a relatively quick amount of time, they called out by number and sent me on my way. No, they did not thank me or anything, not the biggest deal, but after waiting that time without acknowledgment and for mo acknowledgement or thanks upon giving me my order, I would blame this on poor training.For fast food, Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen is not a bad option for chicken. This particular location just really needs to amp up their training.

Had to try their ghost pepper wings. Well they was disappointing. Hardly any heat and being called ghost pepper is misleading. They was crunchy that's about it.

This is literally the worst Popeyes on earth. They are so disorganized, it's complete chaos. They care more about the drive-through and online orders than they do about someone standing there directly in front of them for 15 minutes. I didn't even get to place my order, I just left in utter frustration, I am riddled in disappointment with the service.

You always get the wrong items in your bag at the drive thru. The people that work here have a real bad attitude and treat the customer's rudely. I'm tired of getting home with the wrong order or things made the wrong way. The chicken also has hard pieces in it, but it's not bones.It's that they overcook it. There's too many chicken places around here for them to be like this. TheyLost a customer. I have never had this problem at other Popeyes.

To the owner, you need to hire people that take pride in their work. I have been there the last three times and they keep getting my order wrong. Stupid me fur going back. Never again. Paid $34 for my order and asked for a 4 piece meal ( among other things) got home and had a three piece. Before I left I asked if they included my coleslaw, he had forgotten it. Didn't check the chicken I figured they know how to count to 4. I was wrong.

I've never even thought of writing a bad review ever in my life until coming here.First off, I waited an hour for my food. I'm very patient and honestly don't care that I even waited an hour, but it was the fact that the employees were genuinely moving as slow as possible and had very lazy posture. Also, the food was already made and they literally took an hour to pack my food. That being said, my food was cold and soggy.Additionally, the employees were giving customers insane attitude. They would sigh really loud and shake their head anytime a customer tried to talk to them.I've come here once before and it was a horrible experience as well. Tbh I just figured everyone was having a bad day and decided to give it a second chance. I'm an idiot. Also to be clear, this is my first review ever and I'm not the type to complain about literally anything :/
