Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

While visiting our Daughter and her family in Orlando we ordered Popeye's Chicken through Uber Eats. We got a 24 piece nuggets, 12 piece chicken, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy , Cajun fries and 6 biscuits. Besides missing butter, honey for the biscuits and the honey mustard sauce we ordered with the nuggets . Everything was fresh and the chicken was so juicy.

I just went thru the drive thru at this location. Ordered 3 piece spicy meal and 12 piece ghost pepper wings. Received 2 piece meal and 10 wings. I was not given a receipt. Seems like every time I don't get a receipt, I get shorted on my order or get the wrong order.I tried to call the restaurant several times but no answer. I called another location and told me this location would not answer the phone. I was given the corporate number but after going thru the automated system no answered. I went on the Popeyes website and tried to use the automated system and after I attached a word document stating I was not given a receipt, I got a message that the automated system could not continue and it asked me if I wanted to start over. I tried two more times until giving up.Obviously very poor Customer service both for this location and corporate.

Popeyes has a special place in my heart. I grew up in central Florida with Popeyes in my vocabulary at an early age. It was a treat to eat there as a kid. Now grown up, I still get take out there, especially for the kids. They love the chicken. Of course the grown ups love the sides as well: biscuits, coleslaw, dirty rice... Both my kids are picky eaters, and when I mentioned I was ordering Popeyes via grubhub, they were excited. But I changed it up by ordering the spicy chicken sandwich for my son, and mild for my daughter. They rolled their eyes at me and said, "whatever." Fast forward 35 minutes later, I heard no complaints. My kids loved their food. And so did I. Try their spicy chicken sandwich when you can. It's all the hype and then some. They had long lines for this sandwich and for good reason. When a fast food restaurant offers an exceptional tasting sandwich, you go where they know chicken. And that's Popeyes.

First thing all tables in dining area were dirty dining room was dirty period tables sticky and food under all chairs secondly I waited 25 mins for my chicken sandwich combo which is crazy. Then noticed I only had 4/5 fries in my box I said something to them and their response was that how much comes in a small it's not way!! So I grab my chicken to inspect it and bun were hard. And after that I looked inside and food preparer wasn't even wearing gloves and had a-lot of rings on !!! NEVER STOPPING THERE AGAIN!!! Money back please

Food was good (except the mac and cheese), but the staff indifference and the lack of items was really frustrating. We decided to go through the drive thru here as we were on a crunch for time and needed to eat before we went to a scheduled event. There was only one car in front of us, and we ordered pretty quickly. They were out of bottles of water and out of Dr. Pepper, so I landed on Coke, which I don't drink, so it went to my husband, who said it tasted awful!The chicken was good, but in the bag we got they didn't give us any honey or anything for the biscuits, which was asked for in the order. The mac and cheese was also gross. It had a chemical taste to it and we both regretfully ordered it for our sides and didn't eat them. The drive thru attendant was very uninterested in everything and it showed. He didn't put the lids on all the way for ANYTHING. The drinks, mac and cheese, etc. Everything was dangerously close to spilling if you grabbed it the wrong way - super dangerous for hot items, and awful to spill a whole soda on yourself... Luckily we noticed it was happening and didn't take anything the wrong way so it didn't spill.Overall: DA bad location for service and sides. I wouldn't recommend coming to this one.

Honestly, I don't eat Popeye's unless they have the chicken sandwich. Nothing against this fast food chain but I never cared till the sandwich came out. I mean, who doesn't love a good fried chicken sandwich...? So after all the hype, I will say that Popeye's was my favorite! A big piece of chicken breast, crunchy, seasoned and cooked to perfection. The original and spicy are both good but the original turned out to be my favorite. And I did not have to wait on any line. It was a quick, worth it drive thru pick up. Go for it if you pass a Popeye's, the chicken sandwich is Delicious!

Worst Popeyes in the World missing ítems and i wait in Drive true for 20 just to pick up

The manager was no help and the workers are clueles. My wife and I are both diabetic, so it was nice to see Zero drinks on the menu. Bit this was not the case and we waited a half hour for our food and 15 more mins to get a manager who stated no refunds for the drinks (That aren't even available) This store sucks and needs to be turned into a carwash.

The food and service was horrible I waited 45 minutes for my mobile order in the drive-through had to get out of my car and go inside and still have to wait another 15 minutes to still get served cold food. This was at 5:00pm this whole entire staff sucks, including the manager nobody in their know how to speak to nobody or try to figure out the problem. They just make the problem worse. then look at you like you're the problem when you spending your hard earned money. Who ever the owner is need to revamp and rehire because that staff will run you out of business this is not the only time I experienced this at this location. I just finally had to say something about it cause it's terrible.
