Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It seems that the chickens at Popeyes are all attending Jenny Craig weight loss programs. The drumsticks are bony and dry when fried as all the other chicken parts. Come on, take them off that diet. Let's get those plump ones back! And maybe some people behind the counter, who really care about taking care of you, and not seem like they're doing you a favor!

The owner probably gets away with hiring people with NO customer service by paying them minimum wage but today I couldn't even get these people to take my order. One girl made a point to make eye contact with me to purposefully "spin on a dime" the other way. I live close by so I've been here multiple times. There's an issue 80% of the time but because I don't want them spitting in my food, I never say anything. Never coming here again.

I went there last Sunday after church and there was a line in the drive-through and inside. The team was not showing any stress and the gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly, patient and courteous. I took food to my friends at a nursing home and they were thoroughly pleased. The food was awesome, cooked perfectly. Ordered the large pack of chicken tenders. Highly recommend this location. Will be back!

They short you on your sides. it's less than a half of container. THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT A DRUMSTICK WAS WHITE MEAT!! and they couldn't give it to me. I wanted all dark. smh. This store use to be good when they first opened but quickly went down the hI'll.

Terrible service waited 30 mins before even ordering because they said order at the window then proceeded to watch the guy in the window talk to the car in front of me for 5-10 mins after they already had gotten their food. I pulled up and he asked if I just pulled in and i said no i was waiting for about 30 mins and he got upset saying well i don't have to take your order and i asked for the manager and she immediately took my order and apologized. Terrible service from workers besides manager. Little Spanish kid working the window needs to be fired ASAP!!!

Popeyes customer service is poor. I got to the drive thru scanning the menu and plus it's raining the lady was rushing me to order. When I get to the window to get my food all I see is the lady eye balling me. I ordered a 3pc all legs with fries when I pulled off they gave me red beans and rice. I went back in to get my fries and when I did the pregnant lady has an attitude and rolled her eyes.

Heres a very unhappy customer, I've been here multiple times and have been very disappointed with the service everytime. The custom service is horrible and they over charge and NEVER seek a way to satisfy the customer. They never have what you ask for either! Tonight my family and I went there and they told us one thing at the window and once we pulled around they said they didnt have what we ordered. I absolutely will NEVER spend my money at such a horrible establishment. New management needs to be put in place. I give this place NO STARS!!!!

I recommend their ghost pepper wings the service was fast and efficient don't go to zaxbys your wasting your money.

I decided to look for the nearest Popeyes and unfortunately the reviews were a 1.5 star rating so I decided I was going to give it a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised and Kim was an amazing manager with exceptional customer service. I rely on reviews always when making a decision, but it seems like the fast food restaurants are always one or two points lower than normal restaurants so you have to take reviews with a grain of salt. This is a perfect example! Give Popeyes a try and be sure to put honey on your biscuit!

Every time I go back here the always get the order wrong. I have stopped and checked the order at the window and it was still wrong. And they gave me attitude when I asked them to correct the order today. I am done with this location! As a manager of a small business myself I understand how important good customer service is and this place does not have it.
