Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We had some Uber Eats credits to use so we ordered two ghost pepper chicken sandwiches for pick up. They had a special at the time to order two sandwiches for $8. This is my favorite sandwich on their current menu. I do wish they would bring back the blackened chicken sandwich.

Very nice employee took my order for the advertised Apple Cranberry Tea, but ... Usually, when a fast food place has a drink special, the advertised price is for a medium size. Not here. No medium size available. You can get a very small small for $2.99 + tax, or suck it up & pay $3.99 + tax for a large. Okaaay ...whatever. I glumly settled for my itsy bitsy beverage, & was considering ordering a cookie or Cajun fries, as I asked if I could get 2 cups of ice. "Sorry, but I'd have to charge you $4.99 each." "Excuse me? Over $4?" "Uh yeah, sorry ma'am, but our manager has us account for every cup." "OK, sure, but so does every other restaurant. But most places give them to paying customers free, or charge a nominal fee - 25 or 50 cents," "Sorry ma'am. My boss is very particular." " Your boss is a jerk " " I know 'Did I mention their Apple Cranberry Tea tasted old, with a funky aftertaste? So, I won't be back.Decent wings, shrimp & biscuits are not enough incentive to patronize this cheapskate owner.

Have to take a minute and say me working at this Popeyes they have really changed so many things people's attitude the wait time the customer service ever since new management took over and got a new GM. I hands-down have to say this is one of the best Popeyes in Orlando it's definitely worth y'all guys to drive up and check us out. I promise y'all won't be disappointed.

When they first opened they were very courteous and would give you extra gravy if you liked and even offered honey for the biscuits. Now if you want extra gravy they charge you $3.93 for just a side of gravy and not even one single honey for the biscuits. I hope they get better at this because the little things is what changes people minds.

They are so slow. I could have driven home and made myself dinner by the time I got my food. The chicken was warm and the fry's were cold.

Service was horrible employe got upset because I wanted to quietly open my food and check it. lol I've never seen that before very entitled to other people orders. And offended quickly l. And she tried to fight me because I checked her. Nasty service get PROFESSIONAL PPL TO WORK HERE BECAUSE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Many places have tried, but no one has duplicated Popeye's spicy chicken sandwich. It's still the best. And this nice, new location provides a fast and convenient way to get one.Popeyes has great sides, so explore beyond the Cajun fries. The beans and rice are wonderful; so is the gravy on the mashed potatoes. And the coleslaw is always nice and crunchy.I rank them tops of all the fried chicken chains.(BTW, why is there no apostrophe in Popeye's--the original creator said so.)

The food was great but this negative review isn't about the food. I'm a black woman and when I walked into this establishment I was greeted with hateful stares and rudeness from some of their black female employees. Their tone of voice-harsh towards me but kind to the customers of other races. It seemed to hurt one of them to even hand me the food that I paid for. If they don't like serving their own unless you look like trash and lack class then maybe they shouldn't be working in the service industry. All I did was support their business and exist peacefully. Very disgusting

Never ceases to amaze me that this location never has chicken ready. Always wait to order and then have to pull over to wait for them to cook it. All I got was a two piece chicken snack. SMH.

If im paying more than $10 for chicken i expect my chicken to actually have chicken in it literally just breading smh popeyes has gone down so much!
