Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We came after church on Sunday to get a chicken sandwich. We used the drive thru since it was raining. The cashier was friendly. The food was served quick and tasted amazingly hot, crispy and fresh. Not sure why all the negative reviews. The ones I read didn't deserve 1 star imo. Using Yelp we need to hear the negative experiences but save the 1 star for food poisoning or finding horrible things in the food. It isn't fair because a one star drags their overall rating down very fast. I'm giving them 5 stars to help counter the low rating.

I've always been a reluctant Popeyes fan. Sometimes they get it right, but it's more often than not that they get it wrong.Now don't get me wrong, this complaint does not concern the taste of the food. I have never experienced a problem with flavor at any location. But this location CONSISTENTLY fails at service and at quality. Most of the folks who take your order act as if they are in the 9th circle of hell. And your order is typically thrown in the bag with either extra food, or food missing. I've only been inside once to order, and I immediately regretted it. It was just HORRIBLE. But the complete gall to not only take my order, but then package up the sorriest excuse for "boneless wings" I've ever seen in my life was the final straw.Won't be returning to any of the locations.

Came in the drive through to get my daughter some nuggets for lunch. They asked me to pull up, which I did. After about five minutes they came and gave me a huge bag of food, which I said was not mine (because I only ordered lunch for an 8 year old.) I pulled up to a spot, none are labeled for drive through. I waited for 25 minutes before going inside and asking when I placed my order since they ripped the receipt and the time wasn't on it. So, after 30 minutes they go back and forth and realize they also gave my order to the wrong car. They asked if I would like my order remade (umm it's been 40 mins for chicken nuggets.) so I said, no, I would like a refund and the business card of the manager. He refused. Then called the police and trespassed me - keep in mind the only reason I came in was to find my daughters food which would have NEVER come since they delivered it to the wrong car (not even the sane color make or model). No offer of a drink while they remake the food after 45 mins nothing, just me getting trespassed because the manager was too much of a coward to give his name to accept accountability that they messed up twice. I asked for nothing but the name of the manager. I will be suing Popeyes. The mwas so disrespectful, and treated me like trash. I believe some of the staff are racist and can't take accountability for the fact that they messed up two orders. If I hadn't gone in there, no one would have ever come to bring the order yet I get trespassed because they screwed up multiple times. See you in court.

Service was terrible. Waited at drive through speaker for over 5 mins. Drove to window, just to be told I have to go back around to the speaker to place order. Will not be returning

The food took forever, the staff entirely unprofessional and after paying customers waited 2+ hours for food one day, I was there for a delivery as a former delivery driver, they were demanding refunds, but the managers kept refusing. There was arguing, yelling, but my anxiety escalated when the manager said to me after I waited almost an hour for my pick-up order in a nasty tone: "You want come back here and make the food yourself???" I will NEVER order food or pick-up from here EVER again. It wasn't my first poor experience here, but trust me when I say it was my last...

Ordered 12 pc blackened tenders meal and got normal fried tenders. On top of that, they were cold.

My wife and myself went inside the lobby to order our food at 4pm today. Besides us there was only one more elderly couple. We waited over 30 minutes and after waiting so long I told the manager if there was someone to take our order. Her response was not a good one so we left. We will never again step foot inside a Popeyes restaurant again. The lobby was disgustingly dirty and neither the employees nor the manager on duty cared. I definitely do not recommend this location. They need to fire everyone and start all over with a brand new staff.

I'm new to this area and decided to try the Popeyes and when I got home after ordering the tackle box it was only three shrimp with a lot of tail pieces and a cold biscuit. I called back to the store and no answer the phone just rung.

I wish i could give 0 stars. It's actually so insanely ridiculous that everytime i come here i wait 20-30 minutes for anything. I just got a chicken sandwich meal and it took 26 minutes to come out and they forgot my drink. my friend got a sweet tea and they didn't give them a cup for 26 minutes after asking multiple times but the people in there ignore you and were only worried about what time they were getting off. i never ever write reviews but this was so insane and ridiculous i had to. the service is so so so so terrible the worst i have ever seen and the tables were dirty and many other people were complaining about waiting 30 minutes. do better because this place is TERRRRIBLE.

After vowing to never purchase anything from this location due to the rude-owner/manager Not honoring the price of the promotion that was listed on the poster inside the restaurant I vowed to never return. I took a chance on Uber eats tonight for a delivery of two plain chicken sandwiches with no mayo and no pickles. I received two sandwiches with pickles and some sort of spicy sauce that is distributed so heavily on both buns that the crispy exterior turned to mush and the chicken was completely overcooked as well. Epic fail do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
