Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Wasn't good this time . The only reason I came back is because it tasted OK previously but this time it was disgusting and a waste of money. They also charge way too much for the little portion of sides they give you in my opinion and the coating to the chicken was soggy. SMH. Hopefully they can train their staff better.

We had a not so great experience with using the app (not user friendly- hard to navigate backwards, cannot view cart) to picking up our order from this location. Order said it would be ready by 7:20 pm. We waited in store for at least 30 or more minutes after our pickup time. In store, NO ONE acknowledged us and apologized for the wait or even let us know how much longer we would have to wait for the food. All employees were working the drive thru. We finally got our bag and headed home. Our mistake for not checking because we were missing our large order of fries and the buttermilk ranch we requested. (All this was printed on our receipt... so they were definitely part of our order). The wings were actually decent, thus making this two stars instead of one...

This review comes late since I don't really enjoy leaving negative reviews. However, I have to say I understand the concept of fresh food taking time. But what I don't understand was with 45 minutes before closing, the manager served the customer after me a lemon pie after telling me they were out of lemon pies. Then he proceeded to yell aloud how close it was to closing time and then lectured the young worker that was stocking dipping sauces and cleaning the iced tea machines for the next day that she wasn't doing enough. Long story short, I've had to wait an hour for food at this restaurant multiple times and most likely have found not the nicest staff as it creates a ripple effect on everyone else, both customers and staff alike...

Terrible service, and even worse quality of food. It was not even edible! I got spicy strips, and wings...both were cold, and dry. How is this acceptable? The manager acted like she didn't want to be there, terrible attitude. I'll never go back.

The drive thru was quick and the food was perfect. Probably the best Popeyes in central Florida

Pretty improved location. If the staffs were more active and attentive it would be a blessing to come here everytime. Good thing my cravings only come every now and then. Even then its better than the ghetto locations. The chickens are always fresh when I order from this location. Much appreciated! Ghost peppers chicken wings all da way!

I've given this place 3 chances and all were L's. First of all, its very dirty. Their service is EXTREMELY slow. The staff is soooo unorganized. I was waiting for 30 mins only for a 3 piece. I wasn't the only one waiting. Even uber drivers were waiting for a long time. The next time I get a craving for Popeyes, I'm driving the extra miles to another location. Altamonte Springs location is awful. Never again

Horrible slow staff and horrible wait time and I'm pretty sure they gave my order to another customer because they're incompetent and don't know who ordered what

Took way to long to get your food, Apple pie wasn't even cooked, fries taste like you ate a box of grease, chicken taste way overcooked, if possible I would give this restaurant a zero star rating

It's weird that everything is sold out, why isn't it on the website, aand the staff is so impatient?
