Pollo Tropical

Every visit is worse than the last. Every visit I swear *will* be the last. I just don't understand what is happening with this establishment and why it has to consistently be so dang terrible.But hey, I guess that tells you how good the food is. Even if you're missing half of it, even if it's wrong, you'll still come back every 6 months and say, "That was so delicious, but NEVER AGAIN."

Wow!!! Honestly I am impressed how simple, but so delicious food is here. This place definitely deserves a higher rating. Cashier took order and was so kind and patient with us. I don't eat cilantro and he suggested alternatives to my dish so I can enjoy without cilantro. Really good service, good food for a very good price, super delicious lemonade. My new favorite food for pre run day.

To be honest, I usually always have a problem with my order at any location I go to. But I love the food so I keep coming back...My sister and I placed mobile orders and my pick up time was 5 mins before hers. When we got there, we were a little early so waited a bit. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting, at this point it was past my sister's pick up time so she asked an employee if our food would be on the shelf as soon as it's ready or if we needed to let them know we were there. She let us know that they try to time it so that it's hot and ready when people arrive.Employee checked and my sister's food was already done, even though she ordered after me? She ordered a churrasco steak platter but was missing sauce that it comes with. We waited an additional 5 minutes for my order to be finished and it was missing beans. I didn't feel like going back in for them because we had already been waiting awhile. Service is slow and not very attentive.. I always have to check my order before leaving the store.

Luckily there was no line so no waiting, a good thing I thought. Since they always get my mashed potatoes order wrong, I decided to order brown rice instead. Silly me. The rice was so dry it was like it was still raw. I originally was a bit upset because my 2 orders of rice was only one container but now I see it as a good thing. This was horrible. At least the chicken was edible.

I think this is a very good food, and the price and speed are also another factor to consider if you traveling. 100% recommends this place. I had a minor issue with the container of the beans and the customer service was great and quick to solve the problem.

I am a fan of Pollo Tropical. For a fast food chain, they offer a better option than the normal fast food burger places that have long dominated the fast food culinary scene. They offer a Latin inspired menu centered around chicken.The sauces that Pollo Tropical offer make their food offerings even more incredible. Add to the good food that Pollo Tropical has, a bright inviting atmosphere and friendly staff and you have a winning combination.I would definitely recommend getting the chicken here. For fast food, it is pretty good and I think that it is worth mentioning that it is a bit more healthy than what the fast food burger places are offering. Pollo Tropical is definitely a great option if you are looking more of a fast food experience, but still want to have a good meal and something more substantial than a greasy burger and some french fries. Overall, I will give this particular Pollo Tropical five stars.

Always something wrong. They are out of numerous sauces all the time. I recently joined the website. Today I received a BOGO offer. It required online ordering with a code supplied by them. I attempted to order several times. A message said that the code was invalid. So, I went to the store to ask for help. I was told that there was no bogo or codes and that I was in the wrong place. I asked to look at the code on my phone on the Pollo website. Wouldn't look. No further help was offered.I am a 2-3 times a week regular.Really weak situation.I gave three stars cuz I enjoy the food.

This restaurant in Oviedo is one of the nicer ones. Stopped for a quick lunch on a Sunday and luckily beat the rush. We ordered a few tropichop bowls, one with their vegan beyond meat picadillo, which a nice alternative for people not eating meat. They have a slew of plant-based toppings as well with their onions, peppers, corn, and tomatoes.On this visit, being sanitary was a priority, so the sauce bar was closed, but you could ask for whatever you needed. Also, they provided the cutlery, straws, and lids for your drinks. I did try and get a lid for my drink on the way out, but they were busy and I was unable to accomplish that task.Oh, they have chicken too! And other meats. If you have a mix of people that are herbivore/carnivore types, then this is a great stop.

Great spot for lunch! We travel from Denver to visit and we stop here each time! Always good!

Three times through the drive through, three times incorrect order. The last time no straw for the drink. That was the last time I will ever go to Pollo Tropical. Truly a restaurant where employees just don't care to get anything right.
